Fortunatley I did not read the reviews first as I probably would not have booked a room here. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming. Bell boy very attentive. Hotel very competitively priced compare with others that weekend. Beds comfortable Room clean Kitchen small but fully equipped with all plates cutlery etc required. Parking limited but accessible. Excellent location for my Khobar office. Good access to roads in and around Khobar. Excellent location for restaurants within walking distance. Very good Indian and Steakhouse within 3 mins walk of hotel Nice large screen tv with mutiple choice of channels.

Very basic breakfast served in restaurant but edible Room not in great physical condition. Some doors do not close properly, in my bedroom no door handle but overall habitable. Newspapers in Arabic only

Nice staff, i went to this hotel more than ten times, they upgrade my room couple times, very quite and clean, free internet service.

They need to have food and snacks room services

It was quiet and clean and had good Internet connection.

It looks like it started out as a real hotel, but now it is probably longer-term stays only. It advertises a restaurant, but the restaurant is closed. It advertises a free breakfast, this is delivered to the room without any choice, and is strictly an Arab meal. It advertises a roof-top swimming pool, but the pump/filtration doesn't appear to work, the drains are neither clean nor intact, and the water is just starting to turn green. I did not swim. The living room has no windows, although the window does. The rooms are not serviced - if you want that done, you need to make arrangements. They leave a very little dish soap, along with minimal cutlery (no teaspoons, no forks, no regular knives) and dishes.

We are extremely unhappy with this so called hotel. This was apartment actually but you posed this as a hotel..... bad smell in the room, no toilleteries, no minibar, no room making, no buffet breakfast !!! if u call, then they will bring very low grade breakfast in room...not worth eating....staff do not know english....it is far below the standards... Hotel is not worth staying...not value for money at all....also, they charged 100 USD/night, which is nowhere fair with low catagory rating....with the services, they should charge around 40-50 USD per night..... i will never ever stay in this hotel again and can easily find a four star hotel in khobar with excellent facilities near the same prices !!!

Rooms are smelly and carpet makes it old style, Rooms are small and lighting needs improvement. The kitchenete wash basin was leaking and the toilets are small at the master bedrooms.

لم يعجبني كلا من ( المواقف ضيقه جدا وقليله - الفطور اقل من المتوقع بكثير حيث ان الفطور يحتوي على اربعة اصناف فقط - الاثاث في الصاله قديييم جدا - الحمام كل شيء فيه مستهلك - تسمع كل شيء بالغرفه الي جنبك حتى لو شغلو موية المطبخ واي واحد يمر في الممر تعرف وش يسولفون فيه - اضيق غرفة نوم اشوفها في حياتي - لا يتم تنظيف الغرفه الا عند الطلب ويسألك متى راجع الغرفه - رائحه كريهه جدا في البدروم عند مواقف السيارات وعندما اخبرت الاستقبال بالرائحه قال لي ما قد نزلت تحت عشان اشمها - التلفزيون يكسر الرقبه لاهم الي رفعوه شوي ولاهم الي نزلوه ) بالعربي اسوأ فندق سكنته في الخبر سكنت شقق في الخبر بأقل من 100 ريال من بوكنج وانظف منه بكثير .

الغرف + العاملين في فندق + السعر.

مواقف السيارات مرا سيئه فيها ريحه جايه من خزان المويه.
