On my arrival, the receptionist was very aggressive and arrogant The room was very smelly The furniture is old and not cleaned well

- house keeping staff are lacking the minimum skills of communication. I had many incidents in this hotel: 1. I called for a Towel ( we are 2 adults and 2 kids in the rooms and there is only 1 towel, I asked the housekeeping and he told me you will get it tomorrow, we don't have any now!! What?! Are you serious. But when I called the reception they hardly another. 2. Some engineer knocked my door at 7:00 am telling me that I called them and I lost my mobile, they brought a mobile to dial my number!! What , are you serious guys?! If I called the reception you should know whats my room number from the display monitor!! Not knocking any room!! Anyway, after half an hour they came back again and that drives me crazy. The apologized the second day when I was leaving. 3. I asked for an extra bed and the house keeping asked me to help him in lifting the couch and extra bed (I was so astonished from this request knowing the couch is not heavy for a person, as I lift it alone showing him its not heavy..silly!) It was a bad choice and will not be staying again in this hotel

The location is good

1. Car park is selli. 2. Room is not clean therefore I regret staying at the hotel. 3. TV channels are few and not clear. Again the room is not clean. Therefore I only stayed one night.

Its a room with a separate suite for TV area. I ve let my children's sleep at this place and the room is quite spacious.

The Filipino waiter in the restaurant at brakfast , was not friendly as much as the rest of the hotel staff

Location

Front office manager and some hotel staff are not transparent with guests. I booked 2-bedroom ambassador room with breakfast that was supposed to cover 4-persons, yet the hotel charged me for two extra breakfast claiming that they cover only 2-persons breakfast our of the 4 !!!! The hotel info states they have the following room aminities; Bathrobe,Modem, Iron, Free movies/video, Maid service, Air conditioning individually controlled, cable TV, in room which don't really exit. The hotel provides only one hand Towel in each of the 2 bathrooms. The hotel states they have a Spa and a Gym yet what they have don't qualify to be in even in a 3-stars hotel. 365$ room rate per night is considered very high compared the hotel facilities and services.

One bad points is that it was very noisy since they have maintenance work and we called them many times and no response for that.

Big flat

1- all rooms are old not renewed , used a lot. 2- all farnshers are very old 3- toilet was very bad. 4- kitchen dose not have any of cooking tools that can be used (simply like spoon) 5- the picture of rooms at booking dose not reflect the fact .

I had a booking at the Two suit but the photos in the Booking.com was for the normal one beddroom suit and the two suits are totally diffrent so I was shocked and I hade to replace the room !!!!!!!!

The warm welcoming and effeciency in doing and responding to the costomer requirements are so nice and good. The food is tasty , very good done and available in many choices.

Not having a swimming pool was little pit disappointed for me.

I do not like this Hotel i had a bad experience with the hotel offered breakfast included but the offered snack instead of real meal. The staffs were unprofessional and the do not know how to deal with customer and treated customer very well. أنا حصل لي موقف سيء مع هذا الفندق وكان في الموقع انهم يوفرون إفطار والكلام هذا نقيط ماوجد لم إجد سوى أشياء خفيفة ولا يوجد تنوع كافي يعكس حجم وقيمة هذه المجموع على العكس مما حصل من هذه المجموعة في خارج المملكة موظفين الأستقبال غير متمكنين ومحسنسن التعامل مع النزلاء.

Good staff

Very high price which is not matching the room condition, design and facilities. The main bed is in very bad condition and over consumed.

my booking was w full ecobed kithen but tyey offer my 20cm not woorking refregaratur and boyler that tack 30 mint to boil thats all the full ecobed khtcen

Give more attention to the guest. When they give word they have to meet with it. I like the location it's very good for relax and far from crowded city.
