Tutto, personale scarso e poco affabile, hotel vecchio con camere dall'odore tipico "di vecchio" , prezzo oltre il limite della decenza per un hotel di questo tipo.

الفندق عادي، هناك جهود مبذوله لجعله يضاهي مستويات الفنادق العالمية المشابهه. طاقم الخدمة يحتاج لزيادة التدريب في التعامل مع الافواج السياحية. عدم توفير خدمات الليموزين للتنقلات في البلدة. الماء الحار يحتاج وقت طويل لوصوله الى الحنفيات.

الغرف مريحة ونظيفة وسعر الفندق رائع .. في رأيي انه يعتبر 4 نجوم .. وهو الأفضل في الباحة أكل الفندق سيء جدا جدا جدا .. ولا يوجد أي ارقام لمطاعم خارجية أو أي طريقة للأكل او الخدمة .. أو حتى مواصلات لتحضر طعامك بنفسك :/

الموقع حيث كان يعقد مؤتمر بنفس الفندق سرعة خدمة المغسله القهوة العربية يتم اعدادها بطريقه ممتازه كوي الملابس كان سيئا الى حد ما مالم تستدعي طاقم النظافة فقد تستمر اقامتك الى ما شاء الله بدون نظافه موظف الاستقبال كان فظ التعامل (قليل ادب) دورة المياه بدون نوافذ وقد تكون محرجة . فرش ارضية الغرفة لم يتم تغييره من فترة طويله لا يبادر طاقم خدمة الغرف بتغيير المناديل واعادة تعبئة طاولة الشاي بالسكر والشاي .

الموقع فقط للاسف الفندق يقيم مناسبات كثيره. تعود متعب في الليل فلا تجد موقف. النظافه جدا سيئه ( وجدنا وزغه). وجدنا يد الباب مخلوعه. لايوجد عوازل الاصوات مسموعه بوضوح. يوجد تسريبات مويه. اسعار الخدمات لاتوازي جودتها. اغلب الاجنحه تكون مستأجره من عرسان وعندما يصل للفندق يتفاجأ ان البهو مليء بالناس نصييييييييييييييحه للعرسان ابتعدو عن هذا الفندق. نظام فتح الابواب بالبطاقه سيء .. لابد من مراجعة الاستقبال كل يوم لشحن البطاقه.

أعجبني مجفف الشعر في دورة المياه أكرمكم الله والاستقبال كان جيداً فندق متواضع جدا ً ابو نجمة ، وأثاث قديم ، وتكييف فاشل ، والاباجورات مقطوعة اسلاكها ومصعد قديم تفوح منه رائحة الدهان وانترنت ضعيف جداً وخدمة الغرف يغلقون طلبات الطعام بعد الثالثة صباحا ، والقرود اللي خارج الفندق تجلس فوق سياراتنا وتوسخها فعلياً ، وبقايا الصحون عند ابواب الغرف لا احد يرفعها مدة 24 ساعه يعني من الآخر أتمنى من الجميع ان لا يسكنوا فيه وان يبحثوا عن شقق مفروشة واجنحة فندقية افضل لهم . سعر الغرفة 450 ومع ذلك لا يستحق المبلغ المدفوع نهائياً .

مطل الغرفه والموقع المطعم والطاقم حمل الحقائب المدخل غير مناسب لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه لان المصعد من خلف المدخل وايضا داخل الفندق الطريق المتجه للمطعم الطلعه جدا مرتفعه

لايوجد افضل منه في منطقة الباحه للاسف خدمه غاليه ، مستوى النظافه متدني وتهريب في دورات المياه ، ولايوجد عوازل اصوات فتكون واضحه ، التلفزيون قنوات محدوده ومشوشه جدا ، صحون الاكل تبقى امام الباب اكثر من يوم ، الاثاث قديم ومتهالك .
