location oh the hotel

uncomfortable beds, i hope they change them! not good for their reputation and i hoope someone listens. i was in 405 and the room smills specially from the cabinet in front of the bathroom door. NO hot water in 17 january to take a shawer. also no water kettle fortea, coffee..inside the room some people like to make their own cup. i hope the improve themselves. although i'll stay with them next time

Although I disliked it from many aspects, I appreciate the ratio Price/comfort. Breakfast is fine. The laundry service is ok, provided you claim it after 2 days waiting

One aisle has at its ground floor a hospitality center, 2 mariages or other events were celebrated in a row with very loud music till 2am. The reception called once at 12:30am speaking arabic ( I don't speak it). I received tea in my room without ordering it. Buffet was valid 2 or 3 times a week only, food ordered in the room worth only for salads. Very bad located, 30 minutes walk before the first supermarket. Internet is not free even though booking.com said the contrary. During 3 weeks, they have never filled the minibar even though I requested it. One staff member at the reception was not really polite, i felt i was diturbing him everytime i asked something.

Bed was not very bigh as they said in the site, No enough parking for guests, bathroom was so old, pastries in the breakfast were not fresh

There was an electrical outage with no power from generators in the rooms or even at check out and printing receipts was not possible...

عندما قمت بالحجز على بوكينلم يتاكد الحجز على الفندق الا عندما اتصلت شخصيا بهم وبالرغم من طلبي لسيارة خاصه الا انهم لم يقوموا بارسال السيارة للاسف مما اطرني لاخذ سيارة من المطار تكسي لندن

اطلالة الغرف على المساكن العامة الفرق بين الغرف التنفيذية والغرف العادية غير ملموس ثلاجة الغرفة 449 لم تكن تعمل حتي بعد اصلاح المكبس الكهربائي صوت الموسيقى كان مرتفع في اللوبي
