I don't know how these hotels get 4 star ratings? Staff at reception don't know what does customer care means.
Very bad experience as always, my bad luck i booked this hotel again. Staff at reception was talking like i was staying for free, his behavior was like he was talking to some.alien.
close to Haram
No Parking was available as claimed in the website when i specifically was motivated to booked in Marmara for this service knowing that its difficult to park around that area and paid extra compered to the hotels next to Marmarah for this reason !! another thing, in the 3 nitets i stayed at Marmarha, house keep only cleaned the room ones however after i requested them otherwise they wouldn't have shown up. therefore, my experience with Marmara was not up to my expectation and i paid extra for services that i didn't get which means that i'm in title for compensatory refund for the services that i didn't get.
The Location is close to MASJID Gate # 7
We stay for 5 Nights 6 Days, no cleaning of the room, no changing towels, no changing of bed and mattress sheets. I had to look for clean towels. The phone didn't work at all. Poor internet service.Carpet was dirty. They first check us into a HANDICAP ROOM, had to wait 45 mins before they change our room. Our refrigerator didn't work for 3 days. The bed was too small for me. The pictures on the web is not what I see in the room. Should be a 3 STAR.
Proximity to haram
Room service Big issue with food At least provide breakfast
No room service, poor management, no restaurant, no proper restaurants in the vicinity
service no room service they do not change the bed sheets or the dirty towels daily
Charges was paid for including breakfast but Indians were not allowed for breakfast. Breakfast was there but for other nationality. Other nationality was getting their breakfast in that duration. Breakfast was available there but not allowed for us.
The reception staff
4 min. from Haram room was clean enough
No Home services Cloths board/furniture had a problem No internet signal No restaurant for non Turkey
Reception was busy. Before going, i called to make sure about my reservation, he told very briefly that he didn't have any reservation under my name and hung off on me. However, when i went there, a young gentleman came and apologized for any inconvenience. Breakfast was not "excluded", but they refused to serve and told it is exclusively for "group pilgrims"! Any way, we should take this appraisal into consideration within the context. The context of Umra situation and the manner hotels are being managed in Medina.
Near to prophet mohamed mosque
Staff respond is very poor, every time i ask room service for water they dont provide, sound proofing is poor i was hearing the sound of childreen in the next room
Pl include breakfast in hotel as complimentary.I look forward to stay in future after Haj.
Cleanliness, short distance to Haram.
