The staff were very friendly and approachable. The hotel was amazing and i recommend it as a great hotel. I noticed there was a problem with the water in the bathroom as it was very week then then turns strong again. it was not stable.

Room was fair comfort and it was very near to the madinah mosque and only 5 minutes walk Room service was bad. It was not cleaned next morning and room waste was there in the room all day which I stay Moreover room waste from nearest room was kept infront of my door and was not cleaned for two days

Good location. Poor WiFi inside the rooms. Restaurant can't accept all guests even you ask for breakfast while booking online.

The room have good space The toilet is not clean, and the room boy did not come to clean the room. However, it's too noisy when the room boy clean the near by rooms. One more thing, why there is no Buffy for people to have break fast , lunch and dinner ?! Except the Turky visitors.

I like everything on this hotel.the first time i put my feet inside the hotel everything was fine..the staff was very nice and friendly..the internet connection was superb..the condition is same inside the picture given.. Only the thing the water kettle was leaking and not working.
