Their complementary breakfast The hotel is not clean as you would expect, located on a busy location, no kitchen inside the rooms, including the family suites which are actually 2 rooms opened on each other. I do not recommend it for a family going for leisure, may be for a short business trip

Friendly staff. Close proximity to shopping areas & Corniche. Arrived at 3.00 pm & had to wait 1hr 30 mins to check in even though we had booked in advance. We were not offered any tea/coffee/drink whilst we waited. Due to its location on the main road & being surrounded by car rental offices, finding a parking space is almost impossible. Hotel parking is completely unfit for purpose. Although the double room was spacious, the absence of wall hangings/decorations made the room bare and not cosy.

Not that much really Apart from the good people at the reception and location The service is very poor the facilities also And Rooms are not clean even we will tell the staff to clean still the same They must have a very poor management!!!! I would suggest to remove that from booking.com Thanks

Close to shopping areas and places you can visit. Good value for money. Rooms were nicely done and clean. Spacious rooms. Staff was very nice and friendly. Entrance carpets towards the Room looked very bad. Had stains all over, although they looked clean.

I liked that they accommodate single guys. I like how the room is a good size. I didn't like the fact that the walk-in price is higher than the booking.com price. I didn't like that the receptionist wouldnt give me the same rate as it was online and that I had to book it online while I was standing at the reception just to get a better price. What I didn't like the most was after I booked online, 5 minutes later the receptionist said "we don't have any rooms left" even though the website said that they're were. Then after me being loud and angry with him, all of a sudden he found a room -.-

يوجد مواقف وموقع الفندق حلو كاد الموظف ألا يستقبلني بحجة زحمة الموسم، ثم استقبلني بسبب توفر غرفة واحدة بتلك اللحظة، يعني الفندق لم يحترم الحجز المسبق.

لايوجد مايستحق للذكر اعطائي غرف غير المحجوزه من اختيار من الموقع (بحجزي لجناح عائلي واعطائي غرف منفصله) الغرف ناقصة الخدمة مثل (عدم توفر كيابل للتلفاز _ عدم توفر ثلاجة _ عدم توفر تلفون ) خدمة الغرف سيئة جداً جداً عدم الحظور في التنظيف وعدم احظار الآشياء اليومية للفرفة . لايوجد تعاون من الرزبشن واعطاء وعود كاذبة ورمي تهم على موقع بوكنج من ناحية الحجوزات . ارجو من ادارة الموقع إجاد حل مع الفندق وعدم تكرار المشاكل مع الزبأن. ولكم مني جزيل الشكر والتقدير

نظافه الغرف نوعاً ما أولاً : تم تسجيل الدخول الساعه 6 المغرب بعد انتظار 20 دقيقه لوجود فقط موظف واحد بالاستقبال بالرغم انه يوم الخميس بداية عطله !! ... ثانياً : التكييف ضعيف المستوى وتوجد غرفه لايعمل مكيفها وتم اخبارهم فوراً بخصوص هذه المشكلة ووعدونا بحلها او استبدال الغرفه وللاسف لم يحلوها ولم يستبدلوا الغرف حتى وصلت الساعه 2 صباحاً !!! اضطريت للتعامل معهم بشدة اما بإرجاع نقودي او خصم قيمه الغرفه المتعطله من قيمة الشقه وبعد اخذ ورد تم خصم 200 ريال من اصل 900 قيمه سويت ونوعا ما اقنعني الخصم للارهاق اللي موجود في اهلي من عناء السفر .. ثالثاً : موقعها سيئ للغايه لوجود محلات تأجير السيارات بجانبها ولاوجود لمواقف لكثرة السيارات والمواقف الارضيه للشقه ضيقه للغايه ومزدحمه باستمرار ........ بكل امانه لاانصح بالسكن بها

وجود مواقف في المواقف تحت لون الأثاث والسرير والفرش بني غامق ومائل إلى الأسود ( كأنه لون صرصوري ) بحيث يأتي صرصور نفس لون الفرش وهذا ماحصل معي .
