Holiday Inn Al Khobar  

It is the worst hotel I ever stayed in... Electricity plugs doesnt work... Internet not working... Most of the furnitures are broken the table has 3 legs and the fourth one was broken and on the ground beside the table... Informed the hotel employee and the only thing they said we will inform the managment.... Holiday inn should pull their name from this hotel

They charged me for early check out after 5 nights of staying there !!

Location, far from anything. The staff is very unprofessional and careless. The interior design of the hotel. Pool and Gym are a joke. The smell inside the room and the hotel.

I booked a car and driver to take me to Bahrain airport on the morning I checked out. They were 20 minutes late which meant hitting the bridge traffic and being 40 minutes late arriving at the airport. This is not the hotel as such, but the hotel booked the car and driver ... I didn;t miss my flight but it was close. Very disappointed in this poor service in what was is otherwise a very good stay

Very good service and tastey food which was available twenty four hours in room service and upon my check inn warm welcome and tha room was very nice and clean. i got a room in pool view which was the nice view from my room and i stayed just one night. In future, also i will choose holiday inn alkhobar with my family.........................

Easy parking facility and also taxi available twenty four hours which is the very important point in holiday inn alkhobar. In future i also suggest to my friends to choose holiday inn alkhobar which is the best hotel there is lamode coffee shop the best quality food and service. it was my business tour and i felt relax in holiday inn alkhobar.

Location it's near to all atractive areas

the swiming pool close at 6pm in a country like Saudi where it's sunny all the time it's not practical children will not enjoy that for sure and if you go to the pool at 4pm it's like afternoon the sun very hot

1-Not friendly reception. 2-they gave 200SR discount because some worker told them, if it possible why they didn’t do it ? 3-It’s clear this is one of the old hotels.

Hotel lives up to the expectations of anyone except those used to 5 star hotels. I do not understand the bad comments from other clients. Rooms and spacious, modern, clean and perfectly equiped with anything one may need. Staff is helpful and friendly

Breakfast was very good but it comes at an outrageously high price, almost 100 sar (20 euros).
