The carpet was not clean (some hair and grape seeds), there was a bad smile in the room at the first night only!

I arrived lat at night after 12:00 for an early start next day at 5:00 am, there was party in one of the facilities attached to the hotel, drumming was going on all night. My room was located next to the venue with party attendees in the rooms resounding mine. Kids were running all night and the door between the venue and the hotel was kept open, music was laud. Spoken to the staff they couldn't control the situation, this has gone on for a while and the only solution was to relocate to the other side of the hotel. The staff knew that the party was 40 meters from my room, they knew that the rooms around me are booked by party guest, they knew that there were suitable rooms at the other side of the hotel. One more issue the hotel is severely understaffed, phone calls are not picked up and you can wait for over 20 minutes to check out in the morning

One room of the three I reserved was not ready until 2300hrs. One room #243 was burned partially in thre past and a big black spot was apparent. A/c in room 243 was not cooling and had to call for service two times. It should be rated lower.

they don't provide you with personal stuffs unless they are requested like tooth brush, paste, slippers such things, needed to be available without requesting

Low raise double storie building - like a Motel. Rooms have a small balcony - door can be slided open. Half of the rooms are facing the inner courtyard and hence the pool and water fountains. I enjoyed it since the the temperature during my stay in April was moderate.

Light on the balcony cealing cant be switched of. Sleeping with open window and wiythout ac is possible- still there is a light shining. My experiance with the transport service organnised with Europcar was no good. The Hotel does not call you a cab. You have to go trough the Europcar desk. I needed a transfer to the Airport. Booked it for 7:15am the evening before at a fixed rate of 135sr (which is a 30sr premium compared to the regular cab). Next morning no one showed up at Europcar desk until 7:30. Hotel staff was refering me to Europcar - saying its not Hotels responsibility. Then driwer showed up, speeded to the airport by violating most of existing traffic laws and demanded 145sr instead of the agreed 135. Next time I rather walk to the airport - believe me.

Incomplete comfort room set-up particularly towels and slippers. Departure time is extremely early 12:00 to 13:00 otherwise late departure extra fees.

Breakfast wasnt included for a fairly expensive hotel. Breakfast variety was limited Service was slow.

The buffet was good with many good varieties, & the people who were serving there are excellent.

Some of the reception people were terrible in their education level & bad in their behaviors. The air condition was not working properly, they could provide a better quality pillows, & replace the towels in the bath room with a better one'S. Also I asked them to extend my stay for one night; it took them half a day to answer yes you can stay….. But they charged me even more than my first booking.

The room, was very nice and comfortable bed and the bathroom was good too is just tht the breakfast buffet need to improve othervisr all over I enjoyed my stay

They didn't respect booking from booking.com, they were trying to give another room instead of the one I book through site,they also demand advance deposit which i paid since it was mentioned in the booking that no need of advance.

Well normally to do a booking thru the net they ask for ur credit card to fill and which is normal, after I complete what was requested by the booking.com, I contact the hotel for a purpose not to hold the amount from my card as am going to pay them by cash and the reservation for me and my colleague is confirmed, before a day of my show up I was surprised that the amount been hold on, so I hope that it will be solved soon

No proper gym - Many of Reception staff were not friendly at all - Small bathrooms.

The rooms smell so bad, AC was not working and called room service several time to fix the AC and there was no respond
