Quite, clean, comfortable the outdoor back yard was not well organized, not ready for customers to use. the pool was emtpy which did not look so good.

Relatively close to the airport. Typical corporate hotel experience. Breakfast was 'ok' (but not great) Not good value for money at all. Not downtown. Restaurant closed early.

Hi everybody, Kindly I would like to give my opinion about this hotel. First of all, it is very clean and comfortable with virous amenities. However, the distance between this hotel and the airport is far away and there is no taxi services outside the hotel even there is no shopping centers or small markets neare to the hotel.

Customer relation call on trying to understand customers need Arrival reception needs improvement. There were nobody greeting on entrance and guide to the reception counter.

Very pleasant staff who were efficient and courteous. Fast check in and check out. Room was reasonably spacious and well appointed. Furnishings and decor up to date and in good condition. Slight sewer smell emerging from the drains in the bathroom from time to time (they clearly don't have the right sort of traps fitted to allow water out but not allow smell back). Was intermittent though and not too hideous.

Its just another hotel, nothing special. Services are poor, no one picks up the phone (reception or operator), the food is very bad. No conciarge services what so ever. The taxi company at the hotel is too expensive.

The recieption staff are not proficient in dailing with the booking online,it takes time to find my booking,to convince them that I have real booking I showed them the confirmation on my e- mail,then they asked me to send it to their personal e-mail
