InterContinental Al Jubail  

I always like to friendly staff and they way Intercontinental Jubail pampers the guests.

This time I was placed in a newly renovated room which was excellent. They have put TV and Phone System on VoIP which is good but TV channels were taking time when I was flipping through. This is again not a big issue and hopefully will be fixed by IC Jubail very soon. Other than that I am very satisfied with my stay at IC Jubail as before.

Efficient pick up & check in late at night. Staff friendly & helpful. Location ideal for work in Jubail Industrial City.

Wireless internet in room did not work with password provided by staff, had to use cable connection for internet.

There was quite a lot to like about the hotel. I had arranged the hotel to send a ca to pick me up frm Dammam Airport, but customs delays meant I was 2 hours late. The driver was still there, courteous, had my room key with him, and a cold bottle of water for the drive to Jubail. On arrival at the hotel, checking was good, room was excellent, service excellent. I must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. recommended.

Only fault was wireless internet in the lobby after I had checked out, and having a coffe in lobby cafe. Connection was difficult to reconnect after leaving the lobby. In the end, gave up on internet.

It was a good hotel for business traveler, visiting Jubail industrial city.

Need to be renovated, and the price is quite high comparing to the hotel environment and facilities.

I like website advert but it wa not what I have seen.

The hotel is high overrated. Poor understanding of english in most of the staff. Service not relevant to 5 star hotel compare to other InterContinental I stayed in ME. I would not reccomend this hotel to my friends as I know you can find much better hotels in Jubail City.

دوراة المياه لاتوجد فيها خراطيم مياه الغرفه ضيقه سعر الغداء غالي جدا الفندق قديم اي ان عمره ٣٠ سنه تقريبا المكيف حار سعر الاقامة مرتفع جدا جدا ولا انصح بالسكن فيه

De Hotel lobby is ruim en gezellig. Het is het middelpunt van het hotel vanwaar men naar diverse restaurants kan benaderen. Prima service, Prima eten.

Het hotel werd op het moment van mijn bezoek gerenoveerd. Hierdoor komt het op sommige locaties rommelig en gehorig over. ook het zwembad was hierdoor gesloten.

الفندق قديم جداً وغالي جداً ومكانة غبي جداً

بصراحة عند تفكيري بالسفر إلى المنطقة الشرقية فإختياري هو هذا الفندق لموقعة المميز وشاطئة الذي يعتبر كأفضل الشواطيء في شرق المملكة والخدمات والألعاب المائية وكذلك لا ننسى إحتفالات العيد الذي يقيمونه كل سنة للأطفال بالإضافة إلى عرض أفلام للإطفال والكبار وغرفة نظيفة وموظفينه قمة في الأدب ولا يتأخرون في تقديم خدماتهم بل يخيرونك بأفضل من طلبك وهذا شيء نادر في الفنادق لدينا وأخص موظف الإستقبال الأستاذ / حازم فإجراءات الدخول لم تستغرق أكثر من دقيقه بدون مبالغة ولكن من يقصد هذا الفندق فعليه أن يعلم بأنه للإسترخاء فقط فليس هناك اسواق كبيرة أو ملاهي للإطفال في مدينة الجبيل فكل إحتياجاتك متوفرة في الفندق ومرافقه

أحياناً تكون أعداد الكراسي على الشاطيء غير كافيه بسبب الإزدحام في مواسم الأعياد أما كل شيء جميل

بصراحه لاشي ولا الموظفين اكويسين والريسبشر متعاون

سعره في موقع بوكنك غالي ولما وصلت طلع الحجز عندهم اخرص بكثير جدااااا

حسن التعامل وسرعة الإجراءات الدخول والخروج وسرعة احتواء المشكله وخاصة من المدير الفندق

فرش الممرات اكل عليها الزمن وشرب من قدامها الاهتمام بمواقف السيارات وتظليلها من الحر

السعر المبالغ فيه مقابل المباني القديمة والغرفة المتواضعة اعني هناك فندق اجمل وجديد بـ 750 ريال اما في الانتر الغرفة للاعزب وهي ايضا ستاندر بـ 1365 ريال ؟!!!
