The room was extremely cold. Technician told that in 5 min he will provide hot water to the cooling heating system. He did not. I asked 3 blankets and wrapped my self to keep warm!! No sleepers, tv not working. And it is presidential suit! One of my least comfortable hotel stay!

When entering the room : tv was not working. Internet was down. I called the reception and I was shocked because the answer was "we are resetting the system" huh.... resitting the system took more than 90 minutes.

The location, the breakfast. they gave me 3 rooms in the new building smaller than the other in old building. in the booking it mentioned that a DVD player included, but that was't available! Chargeable WIFI with high price

I loved the excellent services and the smiles that would not leave the faces of all Staff. I am really happy to see Saudis employees who are performing greatly at the Hotel. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room dinning food was really delicious and the services were excellent. The location is great for shopping and near the Khobar Cornich. The location was not very obvious even though it is located in the main Khobar-Dammam highway.

طاقم الاستقبال بشكل عام وبشاشتهم وسرعة انجازهم انضباط الموظفين ودقة عملهم بوفيه الإفطار الهدوء والنظافه بشكل مختلف عن كثير من الفنادق سعة الجناح وتناسق الوانه وروعة اثاثه لايوجد مصعد بين المواقف واللوبي بل انه يمر بمطبخ الفندق .. لايوجد شطاف

ولا شي الاستقبال فاشل و عمليات التشيك ان بطيئة , تطلب مني تقريب الساعه ع بال ما يسلموني الغرفة ... التنظيف غبي و مايغييروا المفارش الا بالطلب ... توفير الاغراض بالغرف بعد التنظيف لازم بطلب ومتابعه ... الاكل مستواه متدني
