-Reception service excellent -Food was great the only bad thing was the matters. not comfortable at all ! and the price is too high Very old & soft mattress. my 2 partners and my self had back pain. its was so bad !!! too expensive for old room and worn out bed Hotel car is also expensive

Variety of tv channels and nice TVs. Breakfast and business lounge. Food and restaurants. Fair internet speed. Too many annoying phone calls from staff for unnecessary or worse silly reasons. I couldn't sleep properly because of that. Too far from the airport and some of the nice malls. Check-in took too long. Generally boring and dead hotel.

Quitness.... Room's furniture..just too old Bath room..again need to be renewed..the sink in my room was leaking from the buttom!! Room service brought with my breakfast a dish which was a left over from the night before (was missed inside the container of the table) Too expensive for such hotel

To start with I would like to say that I am impressed. I was received with a warm welcome. The staffs are outstanding and dedicated with nonstop effort to comfort their guest. I acknowledge their courtesy and understanding by facilitating my early check in when I asked for it.. I would like to thank every staff at the reception, room service, housekeepers and last but not least the door man. Many thanks go to Mr. Haythem Al Ayoobi who was in charge during my stay there. Intercontinental Jeddah is an experience that you should not miss.

Conceirge service not effecient had to take our own bags upon arrival, plus Bad or No wifi reception in rooms. A youth football team were placed in the rooms surrounding me !! although as they claim it was a club floor. Basicaly THE HOTEL STANDARDS DON'T COMPLY THE INTERCONTINENTAL STANDARDS AROUND THE WORLD

الهدوء ، النظافه، العناية بالضيف من ناحية المنظفات والمناشف وغيرها، اهتمام الموظفين بالنزيل، وروعة المطعم وتنسيق الاكل، هناك ملاحظات على بعد المواقف وكذلك كثرة التحويلات بجوار الفندق وصعوبة الوصول له للمره الاولى

لم اتوقع هذا المستوى من الاهمال وعدم النظافة تصميم قديم الفندق موقعه صعب الوصول له لا يوجد خدمة جيدة المني بار مقفل مجرد فتح الثلاجة عليها رسوم ولدي ادوية يجب وضعها في الثلاجة اول واخر مرة
