Al Bustan restaurant. Speedy check out.
Renovation of rooms and gym.
Type of furniture, pool is poor, bathroom is awful.
The conference was in the same hotel & the reception manager is an outstanding person.
Old old old rooms.
A little more technology. Especially for light switches....
located in riyadh's centre..it took 45 min to reach there. there was no facilities for ladies, no spa nor swimming pool.
friendly staff very cooperative. clean and quite place.
The room service was slow Even Thu the hotel wasn't full
The location was fair enough
There are several restaurants and cafe and wide recreation and business lounge but I have not feel that I am in five star hotel in that places at all. It is something with products, decorations, values and sense
Good room and recirptipnests and location
The ladies abaya should be replace with new ones
Fresh flowers available across the hotel. The buffet was excellent
the air conditioning in the room was not good, barely made the room comfortable
good recreational facilities, comfortable bed. good food
The entire hotel, it should be removed off the Intercontinental list of hotels. It is extremely outdated and old, the rooms are very tired looking and the overall feeling is that you have traveled back in time to the seventies.
Great staff Great breakfast
rude steward at the restaurant
Very helpful staff and the buffet was excellent.
The staff need to be more professional. The waitress at the Resturent and the driver who was sent to the airport, they don't understand either English or Arabic language properly!
