The InterContinental Taif is a luxury hotel in the popular resort area of the Hejaz Mountains. Situated at an elevation of 1700-metres, this 5-star hotel is the perfect spot to enjoy the cooler temperatures, mountain air and picturesque surroundings. The InterContinental has 179 elegant and comfortable guest rooms. Each room is beautifully furnished and boasts a range of modern amenities including DVD players and satellite TV. Nothing It was my worst experience, poor quality of Intercontinent . It looked as a three star every thing was may be 40 years old. Lobby very poor .I will never stay in this poperty again.

Rooms & bathrooms are big enough Service is so bad, we had a Business Conference there and staff doesn't even bother to clean the tables or answer when you need something, everything in this hotel is out of date, Bathrooms are from stone age. Its Only good if you don't want to stay in hotel for long time

Very clasic hotel .. guys setting in the hotel laughfing in front of people (might be gust during my stay ) . Secondly, it was a bit crowded when checking in cos of meeting for formal company there .

اخواني غالباً ماتابع التعليق لثقتي بمصداقية النزلاء ومن هذا المنطلق راح اذكر لكم الايجابيات بدون مجامله اعجبني ١- تعامل الموظفين من الاستقبال الى حاملي الحقائب ٢- الهدوء والراحه ٣ النظافه بشكل نسبي ٤- الديكور والاثاث راق لي كثيراً ٥ - سلة الفاكهه متواجده بالغرفه وسبب حرصي بذكرها هناك فنادق ذات ال٥نجوم لا تقدمها لم يعجبني ١-تفاجاءت بأن لا يوجد خدمة غسيل يوم الجمعه ٢- المطعم لكن يكن الطعام بالمستوى المتوقع ٣- خدمة ايقاف السياره اضطريت ان اوقف سيارتي والتوجه للاستقبال من اجل حمل الحقائب علماً بان في الفنادق الخمس نجوم يتم استقبالك عند باب السياره ويقومون بايقافها بدل عنك ٤- بطى نسبي في تلبية الطلب عند الاتصال بخدمة الغرف ٤- الفندق بشكل عام في حالة صيانه وبعد الغرف عن المواقف ٥- السعر غالي نسبياً ولو انهم عملو تخفيض على الاقل في وقت الصيانه لا كان افضل ٦- عندم وجود اخصائي المساج مع العلم انه يوجد من ضمن خدمات الفندق
