Room a bit un clean BUT just a bit.

- A 2 bedroom unit has many different sizes and designs. It depends on your luck which one you get (small or large). - Lobbies from basement needs some better finishing

Absolutely everything! From the classy furnishings and bathroom accessories (everything having the 'I' of the Intour embossed on it), to the cleanliness and design. The rooms were very nice, the service and staff excellent. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to select from. There was free wifi as well.

Wifi signals were a bit weak (almost non-existent) in the bedroom. But in the sitting area inside the apartment, they were ok.

Quiet place. can sit down with my family in the lobby, watching TV and reading newspapers , drinking coffee in the appropriate lighting .

I did not find something annoy me during my staying in this hotel in the weekend.This is just my personal opinion according to my feeling and my notes.

Staff r gpod. Location is great. Quite nd comfortable.

Breakfast needs improvement, specially the bakery.

Professionalism of the staff. location to Al Khobar Corniche. A 5 minute walk to Rachid Mall. Excellent and well maintained decor throughout the hotel. Loved the small pool, ping pong, foosball and billiards table. Breakfast was varied enough to satisfy and the manager in the restaurant was very accommodating. Finally, the concierge, Ahmed, was beyond explanation. He always had either an answer to my question or with time found an answer. He, by far, made my stay the wonderful experience it was. kudos to the Intour Hotel & Hotel Suites for putting professional staff to represent themselves to the public.

Water heaters in bathrooms were small and didn't allow everyone to take a shower before hot water ran out. Also, wish there was a door or shower curtain to block water from spraying all over bathroom making it hard for next person to enjoy. Finally, internet is as advertised (free throughout) but the signal was so weak that it made it more frustration to use than not.

It has comfortable sitting area, nice well equipped kitchen and also has a small dining table.

Electricity outlets are at inappropriate locations and also not appropriate for type of electric plugs coming with electric appliances available in KSA. No outlet for iron at any place. No outlet of electric kettle in the kitchen. To switch-on or switch off lights, one has to approach all electricity buttons one by one which is very inconvenient.

Very nice hotel apartments clean nice decoration and comfortable beds . breakfast is one of the best do not miss it .

Small bathrooms no bathtub shower water is weak .

There was a pump in the down parking hit the bottom of my car. They should get rid of it.

need to provide international electrical plug as the wall electrical plug is american system.

Had to change my room as it was very tiny and the wordrop was broken I had to call many times for any request from houskeeping Room phone was not working Eventually before leaving a guy called Ahmed from reception called at 10:30 night and informed that I will have to pay for a dameged towel which I had no idea about. Breakfast was repeated every single day for 6 days!! Waiters where impolite and try to flairt my house mads

- تم اعطائي احد أكبر الوحدات الموجوده بالفندق بسبب طول فترة اقامتي. - من أروع الاجنحة الفندقية التي سبقت وأن أقمت بها على مستوى دول الخليج من ناحية النظافة ,مساحة الوحدة والاثاث الموجود. - أشكر طاقم الفندق على تعاملهم الرائع خصوصا طاقم الاستقبال.
