Furniture's are old, pictures were good in the website but reality is different, bed was uncomfortable , Bathroom is small, no centralize air-condition the window one are so annoying.

The room rate was fair

- Staff at the reception, luggage handlers are very polite and friendly. - They offered the option to pay at the end of the stay or upfront. - I wanted to check out 3 hours past the deadline (15:00). They said, no problem at all. - Spacious appartment - Overall state of cleanliness - Good state of furniture - Coffee delivered for free in the appartment for all occupants - Daily newspaper delivered for free in the appartment for all occupants - Car parking is spacious

- One broken chair in the kitchen (out of 6). But the sofa sets in the living room (6 seats in total were perfect). - A broken drawer in the kitchen

Close to Alrashed Mall quick stuff service

Very noisy surrounding the electrisity was lost there is water motor operating most of the time

Value for money, friendly and helpful staff, clean, although it's not a five stars hotel but you can say that it's a 3 stars a for 2 stars price

location near major shopping areas in khobar

very dirty, very small bathroom/toilet, no kitchen, no microwave no even boiler for tea & coffee, although it does not cost more than 50 riyals!, very small lift, doors are not sound proof (we could not have quite sleep), unclean bathrooms, bed is noisy, unsafe baby cot, even 6 months old baby can jump out of it, overall very poor apartments for it price 220 SR/night i suggest maximum of 100 SR/night for its location.

عدم توفر مواقف للسيارات خاص وكاف - الشقة تحتاج لاعادة دهان - المناشف غير جيدة ومتوفر فقط الكبيرة - رائحة غير جيدة في الاستقبال وممرات الشقق - عدم وجود تميز بالسعر في حال الحجز عن طريقكم او مباشر مع الشقق - الهاتف الارضي لم يكن يعمل لفترة ليست قصيرة .
