Bed was comfortable and laundry was cheap. Little English spoken & mainly Arabic food. Isolated from town centre. Hot water flow variable. Upgraded from room where a/c noise was unbearable.Popular with military because of proximity to border but staff respond to orders rather than cater for customers.

نظيف و حاولت تكلم الشباب السعوديين هم اكثر مرونه و حماس في الخدمه ويوجد جلسات جديده في الاستقبال و قريب من بعض الدوائر الحكوميه السعر ٥١٥ غالي جداً وهو طبعاً ارخص من الحجز مباشره من الفندق كما ان اطلاله فندق البرج اجمل بكثير ولا ينفع للاسر الكبيره ويقال ان هناك نسبه من الطلاب من اهالي الشرقيه يسكنون في الفندق .

المطعم جيد ولاكل جيد ويوفر مواصلات بسعر متناول والغرف جيدة من ناحية النظافة والترتيب الموقع بعيد قليلا عن البلد لا بد من مواصلات صيانة الحمامات دون الجيد هناك اضاءات محروقة لم تعمل لها صيانة

يقع في منطقه هادئه ، جديد، صالة الاستقبال قد تكون الأفضل في المدينة الإنترنت مجاني وجيد السرعه الغرف ليست واسعه الحمامات عاديه، المناشف شحيحه وصغيرة الحجم الخدمة بطيئه نسبيا ، الأسرة ليست وثيره ( مستوى ثلاث نجوم) الاستقبال لهم معرفه محدودة بالأماكن والفعاليات السياحية

العاملين في الاستقبال مميزين في طرق التعامل الفندق على موقعكم اربعة نجوم وهو في الواقع ثلاثة نجوم لا يوجد مواقف واضطررنا الى الوقوف امام بناية تحت الانشاء مما تسبب في أضرار رائحة الجناح غير مقبوله يوجد ناموس مما سبب اذى وعدم راحه في النوم

تجاوب ولطف العاملين نظافة حمام الغرفة ترتيب العفش في الغرفة الضوضاء المنبعثة من الغرفة المجاورة والمسموعة بوضوح داخل غرفتي طرق الباب علي من قبل مسؤول خدمات الغرف أثناء استراحتي ليسألني ان كنت أطلب شيئا دون أطلب ذلك

طلبت غرفة مطلة على المدينة وطلعت غرفة مطله على نفايات متناثرة تسبب اكتئاب وحتى لأطلاله على البحر يبغالك تحجز على السطوح علشان يمديك تشوف البحر
