المكان نظيف و الموظفين متعاونين قريب من الحرم و سعره جدا مناسب The place is clean and employees are supportive very close to alharam and it has good value to the price
الإفطار لم يكن بتلك الجودة و الحمامات صغير و المصاعد تخرج اصوات غريبة Breakfast was not that good and bathrooms were small and elevators make odd sounds
Not very far from haram. But there were many issues like very poor wifi quality, room service, no parking, etc. Front desk told me that i don't have reservation while it was there. It was not value for money too. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
stinky bathroom, sewer smell always; no exhaust fan or vey poor ventilation. no control over the kids playing in passage all the time.
No enough parking space
No system, no management, they didnt allow me to take breakfast while i pay for it because of my room number ??!!! I wait for the manager to come so he can explain to them, and after all this very bad breakfast!! Room are very tight if i am out i have to wait till my wife sit down !! Very bad night
Rude attitude of receptionist and disinformation(Mr.Faisal Al Harbee).
Every thing was excellent and in particular the Manager Mr. Ossama was very friendly & helpful. Husein Dadar
I din't like to go down the reception and renew the door key card.
service and co-operation
Our stay was great and my family and I enjoyed
the parking lots was the worst parking I have ever seen.
The location was close to Masjid e Nabawi, cafes and shops nearby, the cleaning staff and room service was very cooperative and caring, rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. free wifi available in rooms but has occasional connectivity issues. Bathrooms were clean. Reception was friendly and adjusted our rooms on request. Rent was reasonable and moderate considering location and service quality.
The rooms were tight and congested like most hotels near the mosque. We were told check in possible at 9:00 but when we arrived at 11:00 am we were told all rooms are "dirty" and cleaning will take all day. Despite booking a week early, our rooms (2 connecting rooms) were not ready and clean for check in. However, we were adjusted in two separate rooms and next day we were given the connected rooms. Check in took very long because of rooms unavailability despite booking! Parking for big SUVs not available.
location - Receptionist
Cleanliness - عدم وجود وسيلة لتنشيف أرضية الحمام بعد الاستحمام
Clean, new and close to Al Harram with very good room rate the best value of money.
Parking is very small
room's main lamp was not working. room boy unable to understand english, he only said 5 mins..waited no one came, called receptionist he told to wait 5 mins again (after finding out the room boy didnt report the lamp issue)..waited 15 mins, come down..receptionist didnt aware of my report..asked to wait again..after 10 mins, offered room change, moved finally after another 10... New room's bed fell down when I sat on it..found out the legs were installed sideways,,,on ALL 3 beds in the room..d'oh
The location, clean and friendly staff
Parking of cars is very narrow and I have to park my car in non safe parking.
It's a well decorated hotel, from the reception to the rooms. It's was especially busy during my travel (Ramadan) and check in was delayed. I booked for rooms with single beds and was surprised to see 3 small beds in each of the rooms but Fahd (a reception manager) was so helpful. He personally saw that the beds were combined to form a big one. He even helped us with currency conversion. Their lifts are fast and everywhere was spotless. Wifi worked fast everywhere. Masjid is 2mins or less away on foot. Their food is to die for. From the wide range of main courses to sweets, all was faultless. Buffet Breakfast (Sahur) cost SAR 75/20USD while Dinner (Iftar) cost SAR 85/23USD. Will definitely go back.
The fact that I had to call on daily basis to have my room cleaned. However, when I reported the supervisor, he personally came up to tender an apology and made sure it didn't happen again.
Nice location next to haram
Very bad wifi internet Very narrow parking that could not accept family cars
Reception, Mini Coffee corner is good. Staff is friendly the hotel furniture is good and new. location , near to the Haram
the room size is too tiny and not comfort at all for long stay accommodation , it will give you a depression and once you entered the room you will have a desire to either sleep or quickly go out again from it.
Complete facilities Ramadan Iftar (breakfast) is good and price is acceptable.
Location is a little far for ladies visit to Al Haram Mosque. Old people will suffer to reach Al Haram Mosque.
Proximity to Masjid-E-Nabwi (Al Haram)
Location is good Some staff are flexible and helpful Clean and tidy rooms
Room size was very small and bathroom was even smaller compared to other hotels.
location(near to Masjid)
Parking Staff Room size for 4 beds
The description of the property i ndicated it was 2 minutes from the Haram. this was clearly false and very misleading. The distance may have been 2 minutes from the Haram property but was 10-15 minutes of walk with young child to the major part of the Haram where women entrance was. If I had known this fact I would have not made the reservation at all. This was very hard on my wife and my 4 year old. due to this we didn't get to do all we wanted to during this trip.
staff services not good
The night watchman who helped me with the parking and the room was clean and the location
The worst reception service I have come across in Madina. Even in a low grade hotel they have better reception service and guest care...in a place like Madina you expect the hotel to help you out with the timing for ladies at the Madina mosque.. When I called the reception the gentleman at the reception asks me to go to the mosque and find out... The timing which keeps changing according to season is written and kept in the receptions of every hotel and even the lower category hotels in Madina ... This kind of response was not expected from a four star hotel. Now the second issue is about the morning breakfast ... I call the reception... Confirm the timing of breakfast ... Which the receptionist confirmed as 10:00 AM as finishing time for breakfast.. We reached the restaurant at 9:35 ... To find most of the main dishes empty... I asked the manager at the restaurant to refill the buffet menu... He told within 5 minutes it will be refilled... We started off with the other things waiting for the main course... At 9:50 I asked him once again he told its on the way... But what I least expected happened... The cleaner who was cleaning the floor and other restaurant staffs including the restaurant manager was running with their plates to the food area and each one was taking food with their hands ... Within 5 minutes each one of them were running into the restricted area with filled plates... And there we sit hoping for our main dish... Suddenly another trolley comes in and we saw they empty all the food from the buffet table and manager comes with 2 plates saying that the time is over and this is what we have left... He brought some left over food which was on the buffet table in which even the cleaner had put his hands... We got up.. Walked away... Checked out in the afternoon... Stayed at another hotel... Crown plaza and the experience was class apart... Shame shame for a star hotel like this
