The staff was willing to help. The room was comfortably big and had the basic kitchen amenities. A big advantage is that within 3 minute walk there is a Tamimi market. I had roaches in my room. The staff did not speak English - communication was difficult.

الموقع وتعامل طقم الفندق من ناحية البشاشه النظافه - وجود الصراصير - التكيف حار - السيفونات خربانه للحمام - بصراحه مراح انزل فيه مره تانيه- المواقف غير متوفره

ارى في هذا الفندق قربه من الخدمات يوجد بالقريب منه مسجد مستوى النظافة ليس بالمستوى المطلوب يوجد بالفراش الكثير من البقع توجد اثار الصدأ على مقابض المغاسل في الحمام يوجد صراصير بالمطبخ مما يجعل التفكير في استخدام المطبخ شيء مستحيل

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال وتقديم الخدمة رائع اللوبي جميل وواسع ومظهر الشقق من الخارج والداخل ممتاز الموقع قريب من الكورنيش ومن مجمع الراشد ومن مطاعم كثيرة وملاصق لاسواق التميمي المفتوح ٢٤ ساعة يوجد صعوبة قليلا في المواقف ولكن يمكن التنسيق مع موظفي الاستقبال لحجز الموقف وهم متعاونون جدا

الحجز كان في الجناح الملكي وهو ممتاز من ناحية الاثاث والفرش والتكييف فكله سبلت وهو في دور مستقل لكن يوخذ عليه انه الحديقه الموجوده لم تكن مظلله فلا يستفاد منها الا في الليل فقط ايضا لا يوجد غرفه للخادمه مع وجود غرفه للسائق . والحقيقه انصح بالجناح الملكي علما انه لا يوجد في العماره الا جناح ملكي واحد فقط . واشكر الاخ معمر والاخ عبدالغني على جهودهم لوفير الراحه لجميع النزلاء السعركان مرتفع بعض الشي خاصة للجناح الملكي وان كان لا يوجد غرفه للخادمه

الموقع السعر التعامل الشقق تفتقر للنظافة وخاصة تغيير المفارش،،، ومن سوء النظام كتبوا أن الفندق غير مسئول عن الأمراض التي تصيب النزيل بسبب عدم تغييرهم للمفارش إلا مرة في الشهر،،، كما يوجد صراصير كثيرة بالفندق. ولا أنصح به أحداً

نظافة الأسرة جيدة الموكيت متسخ وليس لديهم بديل لتغييره، ودورات المياه سيئة، ففي إحداها تفتح أنبوبة تهوئة جعلت رائحة الدورة لاتطاق، كما أن هناك تسريب مياه من الدورة الأخرى، إن وجدت غيره فلا أنصحك به!
