We did not find our room ready, we came at 3:00 am already we have talked to them and informed Booking about this, and we asked for two beds and they were trying to give us one bed...... They have added an extra money for giving us a another room to solve their problem

Environment is good, location is great i.e. in middle of the city. You can get a reserved parking there. 10th floor revolving restaurant is fun.

Service can be very slow, I got late for meeting because of that. Make sure you have everything you need as you can not depend on the quick response. No english.And creepy sounds from the roof on 4th floor.

The hotel was generally excellent. When I visit Abha again this hotel will be my choice again.

It was mentioned that I can cancel or modify my booking two days before the day of arrival without any charges. I did try to change my booking from 4 rooms to 3 rooms 52 hours before arrival time but they said they will charge me the first night. I only paid for 3 rooms on site and I don't know if they are going to charge me the 4th room?!!

Over all i like it three much and i will come back. The room excellent Internet it was excellect Food resturant is just good

location next to Abha hospital which make the area crowded and noisy little bit

The location of the hotel in the middle of the town.

Coupled to a hospital making it very crowded to enter and to exit. Staff awareness is poor. The restaurant staff moving things and talking to each other loudly at late night without paying attention to guest needing rest. No cleaning of the room for two nights. Though the hotel was half full only, we had to negotiate a late check out.

Buffet lunch was excellent, breakfast and supper almost as good.

Crowded parking lot, but good assistance and reserved parking places.

مواقف الفندق غير مرتبة ومزعجة لأن المواقف مقفلة بالسلاسل وتضطر لطلب فتح القفل من أمن الفندق وهي مزعجة أحياناً لطول الانتظار الانترنت يفصل في كثير من الأحيان

Location

Poor wireless service - sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not. Management tried to keep it operational but they were not always successful, especially over the weekend.

outdated emnities, untrained personnel, onsite restaurants still need to work on the presentation and menu.

The staff are friendly and qualified , they provided me a free pickup to the airport . The location is Near walking area , people who likes walking they're very lucky because the design of the area is very beautiful.

It was just next to a big hospital, creating a problem for parking. the furniture are old but clean though, small wnidow. bad breakfast but for that price you do not expect a fancy food.

The location is very good. The staff is helpful and facilities were also good.

I stayed for three days and they didnot replace the Bed sheets, Blanket and the pillow covers, they made up the room thrice though. I had to ask for the bath robes and tooth brushes. They didnot provide Iron in the room. The tv has got all arabic channels only. They should think of adding atleast some English channels, if not for the other languages. Also to attract more Indians and pakistanis they can add some hindi or Urdu channels too. I had the booking including the breakfasts, all three days it was the same food. They should have some varieties.

Quite and the good location and price

Parkings!!! You have to wait for sometimes more than 15 minutes waiting for the parking guy to open the parking seal for you !!!

الغرفه جيده يتميز الفندق بالمطعم الدوار

حقيقه تفاجأت بالعامل ومعه زائر ليرى الغرفه اذا وهما فتحا باب غرفتي الخاصه بي وانا كنت متواجد داخل الغرفه بالأهل فغضبت من هذا العمل واشتكيت الاستقبال وتجاهلوا الموضوع !!!

الموقع

خدمة الغرف تتأخر كثيراً في إحضار الطلب ، لا توجد قنوات في التلفزيون سوى أخبار و رياضة وقليلة جداً ومملة

السرير و المخدات مريحة و نظيفة جدا يتم تغيرها يوميا . موظفوا الاستقبال جيدون جدا و على درجة من اللباقة و الحرفية . يقع الفندق وسط المدينة مما يسهل تنقل في المدينة. عموما الفندق مريح لرجل الاعمال وليس للاقامة السياحية.

وجود المستشفى في نفس مبنى الفندق سيء جدا مما يسبب زحام شديد حول الفندق و صعوبة الدخول و الخروج اليه. مستوى الاكل دون المتوسط .

الطقس في ابها فقط

كل شي لم يعجبني . الفندق واضح انه كان مبنى مستشفى ؟؟

السرير غير مريح الفندق قديم السعر مبالغ فيه لايصنف الى ٣ نجرم

هذا الفندق هو ثاني أفضل فندق بأبها بعد فندق قصر أبها الفطور ممتاز لكن يعيبه التكرار نفس الفطور كل يوم يوجد مطعم دوار في الدور العاشر مطل على أبها لكن للأسف المطعم يدور فقط في الغداء والعشاء أما في الفطور يكون ثابت الفندق يقع في وسط أبها ويوجد حوليه كل الخدمات يوفر الفندق مواقف خاصة بالنزلاء

على عكس أغلب الفنادق لايوجد في الغرف غلاية ماء أو عدة شاي وقهوة عدد المصاعد قليلة (مصعدين فقط) مع أن هناك الكثير من الزوار للمطعم الدوار من غير النزلاء لذا يكون هناك ضغط شديد على المصاعد
