موقع الشقق القريب من جميع الأسواق والمطاعم عدا ذلك لا شيء يذكر الأثاث قديم جداً ومتهالك الأرضيات رديئة وتحتاج الى تغيير دورات المياه متراضعه جداً وتحتاج الى صيانه الكوفي شوب قديم ويحتاج الى تجديد

1- موظفوا الاستقبال ذو كفاءه عاليه وتعامل جدا رائع 1- النظافه سيئه 2-الحجز سىء لم اتمكن من الحصول على الحجز المتفق عليه مسبقا 3- vip فقط مسمى الشقه من دون المستوى من حيث النظافه والاثاث ودورة المياه سيئه بعض المصابيح لا تعمل 4-استلمت الشقه حدود الساعه السابعه وقت متاخر جدا.تم حسم المبلغ من الحساب مرتين ؟؟؟؟؟؟

شقق مناسبة لعائلة كبيرة ويقع في شارع العليا الحيوي النابظ في قلب العاصمة السعودية الحبيبة الرياض... الاثاث جدا قديم وخدمات الانترت ضعيفة جدا داخل الغرف... تجهيز المطبخ باثاث مستوى بسيط والابواب قديمة وﻻتفتح بسهوله، اجهزة الكهرباء والسوكت تعبان جدا ... موقع الفندق ع الخريطة في البوكن دت كم غير الموقع على الحقيقة وهذا شي سئ جدا ...

أعجبني حسن تعامل طاقم الاستقبال الراقي وبشاشة الوجه ووجود غرفة طعام اضافية. 1. عدم وجود مانع ضوء الشمس (Sun Black Out) على ستائر غرف النوم 2. المكيفات نوع (الشباك) تكون مزعجة مقارنة بوحدات التكييف المستقلة (السبلت) 3. الاثاث يحتاج تجديد نوعاً ما والتلفزيونات. 4. تغطية شبكة الوير لس الانترنت سيئة جداً 5. باب مدخل الاستقبال والبهو نظام قديم جداً من الالمونيوم.

الموقع توفر مواقف السيارات الخدمة الجيدة وقت الدخول غير دقيق كان يفترض الساعة م٤ ولم يكن الدخول الا الساعة ٦:٣٠ م مستوى الاثاث سيئ الموكيت ايضاً قديم جداً وغير نظيف الازعاج في بعض الغرف المطلة على الشارع حتى آخر الليل يتم تعليق مبلغ اول ليلة عن طريق البوكنج وحين الوصول أيضاً يتم دفع مبلغ السكن كاملاً اضافة للتأمين !!

مواقف خاصة تحت الشقق موقع للالعاب للاطفال جرائد الرياض توزع للقاطنين القهوه العربية الموضوعة امام الاستقبال موقعها في قلب الرياض مدخل الشقق الباب يعني لا يفتح علي الصاله مباشره بل علي ممر ليوفر جو خصوصي الاسره مريحه جداً وجود في ثلاجه المطبخ وكذالك صله وصط الصاله عصيرات وماء معدنية وشوكلاتة ومشروب لطاقة وبيره بدون كحول طبعا وشبس سعرها مدبل لا يوجد خيار طلب ابعادها وخصوصا من لدية اطفال سلكون الحمامات متهالك والحقيقه كان هناك جبس او سمنت ابيض متكسر لا يوجد في حمام ستاره حول البانيو لحفظ الماء من التنثر في كافه الحمام خصوصاً بعد وضع في الدش الترويش صنبور توفير الماء الذي يرهق المستحم حتي يزيل الصابون لقله كميه الماء وقوه الدفع لاضائه في الصاله متواضعة الاهم من ذالك لاتصالات الدخلية ليس بالمجان يعني كلم بجوالك افضل خصوصاً عند الطلب من المطاعم محاوله موظف لاستقبال عرض عليك شقق نفس شقتك حتى يضيع عليك العرض الي بالحجز فارجوا الانتباه

موقع المنشأة جيد جداً لم يعجبني بعض الملاحظان على الشقة انني اكن مضطر لطلب بعض الخدمات ومن المفترض انني لا أطلبها ويجب ان تكون موجودة قمت بتغيير الشقة لوود ازعاج مجاور وعندما طلبت التغير قاموا بتغيير الشقة ولكن كان هناك ملاحظات في دورة المياه مما ازعجني كثرة الطلب

1- الموقع ممتاز جدا بالنسبة للتسوق 2- ليس هناك تعب للحصول على تاكسي 3- مواقف السيارات في الفندق ممتاز ومتوفر باي وقت 4- اعجبني طبق الفطور في مطعم الفندق 1- الحمامات ليست نظيفة تماماً توجد رائحة!

The location is ok and the staff is friendly. The apartments are big Not enough towels and they did not provide more even if we asked. toilet was not functioning. No curtains in shower. AC was very loud. No hair dryer even we asked
