staff and the internet are a bit slow

modern design, very nice sea view & pool view with private balcony, very clean, attentive staff, soft bed, new & clean sheets and towel. hotel checkIn is 12nn and checkout 3 or 4pm which is unusual as standard checkin/out time for most hotel is from 3pm to 12nn the next day.

in the steam & sauna, some local guys are hunting. I don't think they are hotel guest at that time but I saw a Saudi guy wearing thobe followed a young good looking Syrian to the showers and insisted to take photo of the young guy's naked body using his mobile eventhough the young guy refused. elevators need an upgrade. security need improvement as the hotel needs to identify hotel guest from outsiders who can freely go inside and out without being checked. wifi is open but not working. breakfast not included.

I liked lobby & rooms decoration, very modern style, amazing colors, Staff were friendly, it’s very romantic & excellent place to have recreation & refresh myself, surly I’ll select Le Meridian if I have chance to go back to Alkhobar

Food options are limited when it comes to room service, I think it needs some improvement, However, Parking was far from main gate, Finally, Booking.com price is exactly the same comparing with hotel official price (Reception)...

during my stay I went out for lunch and asked to clean my room. but when I came back the door was open and no one inside , nothing was stolen but it wasn't professional

I reserved one king size bed room abd 3 twins when I arrived at 7pm they told me na availability of twin beds

Room was great in everything, sauna and steam as well, and of course the swimming pool

Everytime I did stand at reception, I had to wait for each staff to finish with minimum two gustes (not together). This happened three times during 24 hours

Bathroom is so small

I liked the location and the view of the sea from the room. I also like the music player (iPod Doc) in my room and almost everything inside room.

Taxi booked from Hotel was way expensive and charged more than double of the normal fair for Railway station. No vegeterian food available in hotel. Also cake was offered on arrival but the staff did not know what is was made of. Being strictly vegeterian I would have loved to be offered or given options which are egg less or meat free. No Indian dishes available in hotel. Also there was media hub in the room but the tv did not have usb input for video files or movies. It would have been excellent otherwise.

Internet not free in rooms. they provide one hour free per day only!

No smoking area, even the fact that I don't smoke in rooms. They agreed finally for free internet, after the intervention and agreement of the it manager! Very expensive seafood buffet

The reservation payment was deducted from my Credit Card twice!!! And after 2 weeks still not returned to my cc, I think this mistake from the staff and I am totally not satisfied with this. Thanks,

Very poor service , old bulding . No comparison between it and sofitel which is the best

I left something in the hotel safe and they arranged to have it delivered to the airport in time for me to catch my flight. Extremely helpful and efficient.
