The room is good
The ambiance was good and staff very polite & helpful.
Didn't stay that long so cant really say.
I like every thing about it
This is the only hotel non Muslims can stay in in medina. The hotel is obviously used to large groups and is very big. Staff were friendly enough at reception but not much help otherwise.
The internet in the room costs £5 for one hour which is outrageous and unlike most other hotels on Saudi where it is free. Staff are not particularly helpful when you need something.

When i came at night and there is a wedding i coulden`t find a parking spot. Also alot of men at the front door. Thanks...
Location: Although it is very far from the mosque, yet being far from the central area at the time of the mega construction activities is advised.
-This hotel is one of the well know hotels that conducts wedding parties. it is fine to do so, but what isnt fine is the disturbing noisy party (singing-drums...etc). moreover, you will not find a parking-lot if you come after 10 pm
good location good for people who go to attend the festival halls. clean and good customer services.
The hotel does not have cars for transporting customers and the taxis take time to arrive. The rooms are near the festival halls that has loud noises to the rooms
Location and car parking
Air condition shoots directly in your face while sleeping. Shower curtain is filthy and smelly. The shower itself is damaged.
