“The hotel is quite and clean. The rooms are well laid out and very comfortable. Getting into and out of the hotel was not bad. It was also very easy to get to the Masjid. The food is well prepared and quite enjoyable. The staff deliver with a pleasant air and are very courteous.”

The good service of the Towers was the bus shuttle service round the clock to haram. Irresponsible attitude of the staff. Have to call many times without any reply from them. Each dept. Blames the other dept. And passes the responsibility to others. No communication exists it seems. Reasons to justify above: 1. Additional bed missing - have no info. and no space in room. 2. In executive room, Water Kettle, hot plate or microwave oven missing. Unable to heat the basic necessities of young children like milk, food etc. 3. When requested Room service asks to contact Technical service and vice versa.

Room sizes and the frequent shuttle service to the Haram. Service did not exist; half an hour to get through to the reception desk to request them to open the safe-deposit in the room, which they promissed, but stayed for two days and they never opened it. Cleaning of the room was not done during our stay, they only supplied fresh towels. Kitchen is empty, not even a single glass. Overall, should not be called 5 stars...

The hotel is nice but not as expected from 5* hotels. Bus travelling to al haram is available 24 hours with easy access and free of charge thru subway. The staff in reception were poorly answering phone calls or accepting our complains. We asked for extra blanket coz room is to cold and they bring it after 4 hours. Location of hotel is not good coz no shopping or restaurants nearby. Also, area surrounding the hotel is not encouraging for walking.

The only thing I liked about Le Meridien Makkah was the cleanliness of bathroom. Everything else was pretty ordinary. Le Meridien Makkah is not good value for money. Some of the observations I made during my stay are: 1. Carpet in teh hallway and the room is old and looks dirty. 2. Kitchen in the suite had this strong stench that spread to the other rooms also. 3. Room service staff refused to send me an empty plate saying this is not hotel policy. 4. I needed some currency change and the staff at reception refused saying he did not have any. This does not happen in other parts of the world. For this price, much better service is expected.

The shuttle buses to / from the holy mosque was very punctual and available all over the day. 1- The hotel was crowded. even though, one receptionist was available. 2- Could not get the service needed , for example, I was waiting all night to get the power adapter for I phone mobile charger with no success in spite of many calls to the reception , all the time I was getting unreasonable excuses or no answer. I propose to change one power socket in each room for this purpose. 3- The area for breakfasts is too small & crowded.

The price was good for me as I was traveling during Mid term vacation. The provision of but - shutter from the hotel to th Holy mosque was on time and very comfort bus. Location is very far form the Holy Mosque. No near by supermarket - grousary - resturant - Long distaance to the nearest one. Room service is very bad - not answering calls and Not providing the minimum 4 star hotel requirment (Tea lables - boiler) or even provision of adapter for mobile charger.

we had great value for money although they could have provided breakfast along with our room.it was an inconvinience to have to chose an expensive breakfast service>otherwise the service was very good and the staff co-operative and helpful.we had a very convinient shuttle service to the haram at all times and mashallah a peaceful umrah trip.

This hotel is situated away from Haram but is having excellent shuttle bus service round the clock. You'll always find shuttle bus waiting at both the ends. I went for Umrah and had very good experience with this hotel. Staff is also helpful. We had dinner there, which was delivered in room in just 20mins, and was excellent. Internet services are available at cost but receptionist provide the username/pw slips for free. Actually hotel management should add internet facility permanently. No one goes to makkah to enjoy free net access,,it's used by the guests only when they take out some time to check urgent mails/e- ticketing /flight or next hotel bookings etc. It should be free; I mean it should be added to the hotel facilities like the shuttle service. My overall experience with Le Meridien towers makkah is excellent.. I would certainly recommend it to everyone.

Booking was done for my family's stay. I wanted the hotel to deduct the payment using my credit card which I used while making the booking at ur website. Hotel staff informed my family that they need to pay by cash and they cannot deduct from my caredit card as I was not staying with them. I called the hotel reservation staff to make the necessary arrangements to deduct the amount from my credit card and also faxed them the credit card copies but there was no response and my call was always transfered from one dept to the other. I had never expereinced such a bad service. Finally I had to transfer the money to my son's bank account.

Good and clean hotel at a very competitive price. Location is 5 min drive from haram but regular shuttle service to the haram is available. Reception staff is very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who do not see any problem going to the haram thru few min bus ride. Bathroom needs little more attention with respect to maintenance.

Exceeded my ecpectations. Never had to wait more than a minute for the 5 min shuttle service (coasters vs. Saptco buses) back and forth to Masjidil Haram. Hotel staff was courteous. The only odd thing was that they charged my card upon check-in vs. Checkout.

Very very bad service. Even 2 star hotel will be better by far. I had three cases; the first one when I arrived at 7:00pm (19:00hrs), the receptionist (An Indian guy) told me that the suite id not ready (Late check in) and asked me to wait until they get the rooms cleaned. As I was very tired, I asked him to give me the key and the Housekeeping can just come to clean while I'm in the suite. I have waited (with many calls and no answers) until 10:00pm (after 3 hrs) then I went down shouted to the receptionist, the duty manager (a young Saudi with no firm decision). So, I decided to talk to the supervisor of the housekeeping (his name is nadeem). But, unfortunately this guy was even worist than all the others. He was not taking the matter serious he was relaxing and careless. I even asked him to come and see by himself the very very dirty rooms. When he saw me very nervous, he sent two guys at 11:00pm to clean the rooms and that was the only time they have ever cleaned the rooms until we left the hotel safely. The second case was the Internet, where they have only wired service where they ask the guest to come down and pick the cable himself. So, I sent my daughter 2 times and they said there are no more cables (That was the second night). So, I talked to the receptionist again shouting on him as he asked us to come down without any success. Then I called at 11:00pm (2nd night) and sent me the cable after 1 & 1/2 hrs. Surprisingly, the internet did not work. The third case there was no Housekeeping at all to come and clean the suite.... Forget it

Design of rooms and availability of busses to Harram only (not from Harram). Reception took too long time to serve you, Zero cleaning of room during 3 days stay, only one restuarant was available, no store nearby Hotel you have to take taxi or bus to reach nearest shop or food store or resturant, crowded, return back from Harram is a night mare specially if you have kids or older people.
