التكييف والنظافة وموقع الفندق ممتاز تاخر تسجيل الدخول الى مابعد ٤ العصر حصل مشكلة في قفل باب الغرفة وتم اصلاحه بشكل متأخر .

والله عجبني بالشقه انها كبيره وبصراحه انهم عطوني بنفس السعر الليح حجزت فيه من قبل العيد وانا جيت فيها بالعيد وحسبوه لي نفس السعر والغرف اللي جنبي بسعر العيد والحمدلله على مصداقيتهم وابو الغوالي المحاسب النحيف ماذكر اسمه بس جدا جدا ممتاز وذوق

أعجبني في الفندق سعره و تفاعل طاقمه مع المشكلة التي حصلت معهم إضافة الى حرص الفندق على القنوات الاسلامية في الدش باستثناء قناة كارتون نتوورك السيئة على عقيدة الاطفال استأجرت استديو ب200ريال ولما وصلت اعطوني غرفة واحدة فقط وكنت أظن ان الاستديو يشمل صالة وتقدمت بشكوى الى هيئة السياحة واتصلت بي مندوبة من بوكينق وأفهمتني أن الاستديو قد يوكن غرفة بدون صالة ولم أقتنع الا لما عدت لرسالة التأكيد ووجدت فيها تفاصيل أن المقصود بالاستديو غرفة فقط وكان سوء فهم مني. الفراش الاضافي الذي طلبته كان غير نظيف مع العلم أنهم لم يأخذوا عليه رسوم اضافية وجود قناة كارتون نتوورك وقنام ام بي سي3 كان غير مناسب

- السعر فقط كان المميز - عندما وصلت الى الفندق أخبروني بعدم وصول ورقة حجزي ولا أعرف من أين الخلل . - تعامل موظفي الاستقبال كان جداً سيء وإدارة ضعيفه . - تقديم الخدمات كان ضعيف و ما تجيك إلا بالطراره . - لا أنصح بالسكن فيه .

موقع مكاني جيد بالقرب من الراشد مول بالاضافة إلى مساحة الشقة التي حجزتها كانت واسعة جدا والاسرة مريحة بالاضافة إلى الهدوء . لو اتحيت لي الفرصه مرة اخرى سيتكون شقق مكاني المفروشة خياري المناسب لا يقبلون الدفع عن طريق البطاقات الإتمانية و يكون الدفع اما كاش او عن طريقة بطاقة صراف لبنك. القنوات الفضائية محدودة ولا توجد فيها قنوات افلام نهائيا سواء اكانت بالعربي او الانجليزي

الشقة واسعة وقربها من الراشد مول لم يتم تسليم الغرفة الا الساعة حادي عشر ليلا النظافة والخدمات المقدمة اقل من اربع نجوم

كانت مناسبه جداً وكما تظهر بالصور ، تعامل الاستقبال راقي وسلس ، موقعها جيد بحي الجوهره ، قريبه من الراشد والظهران مول وتبعد عشر دقائق عن الواجهه البحريه للامانه استمتعت بالاقامه القنوات التلفزيونيه محدوده جداً ومحافظه في اختيار القنوات

أهم مافيه أنك لتجد رائحة التدخين إلا قليلا جدا فهم لا يؤجرون للمدخنين إلا في حدود ضيقة, كما أعجبني حسن الاستقبال, وابتسامة الموظفين, وتعاملهم الجميل والرائع دون أي تذمر مهما كانت الطلبات. فلهم كل الشكر.

اعجبني الاخ محمد المصري بتلطفه وادبه الشقه في الدور الارضي بجوار موقع السياره العماله تخدمك بدون ماتراقب هديتك توفر المواقف توفر القنوات المحافظه عدم رفع المسيقى في الاسياب او من الجيران الحقيقه لا نسمع الأذان الإنترنت ضعيف جدا

على أي أساس يتم تصنيف هذا الفندق Mkani Apartment على أنه أربعة نجوم؟ مع الأسف يعتبر هذا تضليل للزبائن. أرجو من المسئولين في موقع Booking.com تصيحح فئة هذا الفندق إلى نجمتين أو أقل.
