Good resort and what you need is available for family like swimming pools for womens and resturants and coffee shops and water sports activities

Always it has been nice Nd pleasant there

It's too crowded during weekend here at saudi haha overall nothing bad

room was clean . air condition was very good . it was nice . and every time I go I feel it becomes with more improvement like lcd tv. resturant order very fast, reception with nice flexibility with time of check out.

the beach was nice but problem of visitors there is no culture to keep beach clean. so hotel staff of cleaning should work hard to keep it clean all time. also there is another point there is no guard on beach to rescue any swimmer at any time which was hesitate me espically I have to little doughter, but at the pool there are staff to guard swimmer

My reservation was for king size bed room. I got double bed room. Unfair . Also I reached 1:45 room was not ready and I had to wait 30 min

I did reservation through net and payed by visa card through net but your emplyee can't complete the process and I called my bank and told me that no one make any trial on my visa card so I think you need will trained emplyee to complete all process on net Thanks

i like that hotel facility but i don't like food service.

the beach was very nice and well orginized

its not upto 5 star standard

Its terrific location.

The building is new. The outside shape make it visible and nice. We stayed in a suite, it was good.

No food service, depending on other Makarem chain to bring food. Sofas are new and nice bur got oil stains all around them. Also, floors nit toyally clean from oily food.
