It is very close to the Haram and it takes only about five minutes to reach it. The room was awesome, specially the bathroom which had the toilet and bidet area separated from the rest by an opaque glass door. Everything was very, very clean and the room was very quiet, it felt as if we were alone in the whole floor, which we were not. The services was good and professional. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Makkah but we will probably have breakfast somewhere else. The buffet could have been better, the variety was good but the quality needs improvement on things like the omelettes. The only problem we had was a long wait for our luggage on check out which might have been cause by excessive use of the elevator at that moment. If you are on a tight schedule, this could be a problem.

The hotel was really well-located just few minutes away from the Holy Mosque el Haram. We could not be better placed ! The staff was very attentive, friendly and so helpful as we travelled with a young 18months baby. The breakfast was just perfect, there is no other word to describe it. Coumba from France We were pretty disappointed as we took the junior suite for couple of nights and the hall was not clean at all. It was too dusty even on the carpet. We could see also greasy fingerprints on the big and little tables. I think for the price we should not face such incident. Coumba From France

I like the soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream and the shower get smiles. They were great. Moreover, I liked the way of having a speaker in each room to hear the Haram Athan and the wake up service was on time always. I like also the breakfast in general although with the two crowded people more arrangement is required. I didn't like the responses from the guest service desk and the way of escalating the issue with guests. Moreover, the hotel’s hygiene is a bit suspicious. I found one used and tied down towel been raped for me as a new one in one of the bathrooms there. Moreover, I found some pieces of women hair in the bathroom floor and I had to inform the room service specifically to remove it. In addition to that, the blanket in the bed was dirty although the duty manager himself emphasized to me that they double check everything by them self twice. If a photo is possible to submit I would attach it. After the issues appeared to me the hotel management upgraded my room to a higher suite in order to cover the bad and shameful services provided to me. I would like to add more, in Booking it was mentioned it is close to Haram; however, it is 10 minutes actually away from Haram. Going down from your room and taking two elevator takes ages to reach to Haram. Most of the time is been wasted in just waking to reach to the gate outside the Hotal mall. The outside windows, facing Kabbah need to be cleaned. It is so dirty to an extend you feel it was not cleaned since one year. Don't reserve there. The elevators take long time to reach you and you have to take two set of elevators, which are really annoying. 10 minutes to get out of the hotal and another 2 minutes to reach to the closet gate of Haram (King Abd Al-Aziz Gate).

The Location The Manager - The staff are not helpfull. - The room was not clean. - The bottle of water in the room was used. - The furit plate wasn't coverd. - When I ask for help nobody comes. - I have to call the manager for anything otherwise I will never be helped. - The AC went off and I waited for four hours so they send help. After that they said The AC is not working in six floors. I had again to go to the manager so the issue get solved.

The location is excellent. The Kaaba view is super (in some of the units) You have to change a few elevators to get to your room or visit the Kaaba. Any outside food is not allowed to be brought into the room, which is a big inconvenience especially for families with young children. The service seems to have declined over the past year. The behavior of staff has some room for improvement

the hotel location is very good, it's only a couple of minutes walking from the Holly mosque I took a room in Fairmont Gold in the R4 floor, but unfortunately the elevator was shaking and the room is above the 50th floor and some time it does not respond to the buttons and keeps going down like it's falling, I Expected better than that for the VIP elevators it was really scary and when I talked to the hotel about it they tolled me that they will chick it and ignored. another issue that i specifically ordered a room with separate beds and I got a confirmation on that but once I arrived I got checked in late and with a room with one king size bed instead of tow separate beds and when I asked the staff about it they ignored my request. next time I will try another hotel and I am not going back do to these points, no safety and ignoring confirmed customer requests
