Room service and house keeping needs lot of improvement. Room is not cleaned everyday and not even properly
location, view ,stuff and easy check out process
it takes an hour to let me check in delay almost one hour
Close to haram Clean and spacious rooms
- Excellent Location - Spacious rooms
- poor breakfast - People using booking.com always in tower 3 or 6 which are last ones
Parking Infrastructure is dated
chick in was 7pm ??? even I was there before 3pm , but no result ....
Location of tower five was time saver The staff and the cleaning was good. Left nothing to be desired .
The first day the room was not equipped with basic amenities. Thereafter once this was brought to the head of staff there was a transformation for the better.
The location is excellent, but depending on which tower you have your room in. The restraunt is very good for breakfast with veey good varieties and fresh food, very good staff. Duty manager was very helpful
The hotel was over crowded, my reservation was haram view, they first gave me a room that looks on a street that heads to the haram, then they changed the room upon my request. The room was not well cleaned, there was dirt all over the telephone from inside, the Alarm clock was greasy. Bread crumbs on the floor under the dining table.
Garbage in the hallways. Noisy customers. Clogged bathroom. Thus is a shame on hilton legacy.
Location is ideal.
Elevators are very slow. I stayed at 19th Floor and had to wait long for elevators to arrive.
Close to Haram
The rooms is Old , I booked a Kaba View but it was really small vison
very supportive staff, particularly at reception
This is my 4th stay in the hotel. house keeping is deteriorating. my room was not made up until afternoon when i called them. there were no hand towels. complementary water Bottles and Tea Begs were not replaced. i had to ask for every thing.
I reached the hotel very early and was very tired, the guy in the reception allowed me to check in at 7:30 AM while i was supposed to check in at 4:00 PM without charging me anything extra.
The location comfortable beds nice cooling
Paid Wifi No kitchen utensils at all, no plates, no spoons etc House keeping and maintenance service needs improvement
Everything About the Hotel Clean Vicinity to the Grand Mosque The discount on parking charges ( you only pay SR5 vs SR 20 if not staying with the Hotel), The Check In, politeness of the Staff and there concern towards the need of the person. Over All Very Good Experience
There was a delay in getting the occupancy of the room, though it is clearly mentioned in the policies that a room should be given at 4pm, but when approached around 4:30, still the rooms were not available. The travelllers must be compensated for this delay!
Once we enter the room there is an unpleasant odor.
We had booking for 3 adults and a child but amenities in the room were only for 2 persons. There were no bathroom slippers but we're provided on request ( only 1) for the four of us. Kitchen had no utensils or microwave , so was a waste of space.
Location is excellent and it is very close to the Grand Mosque. Within two minutes of walking. Staff is very caring and attentive. Excellent service.
1- no proper support at the entry level, I end up at the Hilton, next door, the reception person said, go down take the car lane and you will find Hilton towers, what a polite response. the way to tower was not good end up in slipping with luggage Will never stay at this hotel again due to the reason mentioned above
hilton towers cleanliness is not as good as hilton hotel, so we need to be alert while making a booking as you might land in hilton towers like i did....
The reception or help desk was very helpful .
Food in the resturant on 7th floor .
The service we received from the staff was excellent especially the Abdul mateen who cleaned our room
when we enter the lift & corridor very dirty smell also bathroom is very small the shower area is very small its not a five star this hotel is three star facilities
location of the hotel is excellent. you come out of the hotel right on to king fahd gate. supermarket on the ground floor of the complex is quite convenient.very convenient paid underground car parking.
lack of clear information on the room type on booking .com. eg: you have to take a floor stair about 15 to go to your room. 4 adults per room. infact only four persons. no place even for a 5 year old child.
