Parking coast is high. No free WiFi for guest in lobby or rooms. They charge SR 40 per hour for WiFi at lobby !!!

I have enjoyed the hospitality and the friendly atmosphere.

It is very close to Masjid Al Haram and easily accessable. Further, the Breakfast is quite good with a lot of good variety

When I reached hotel, I was challenged at the reception as if I intentionally booked a smaller room to save cost. I had travelled with my wife, 2 kids 6 and 4 years) and an infant. The check-in person recommended me a bigger room for an extra cost, which I accepted without causing any trouble. In the night, I realise that the bigger room didn't had adequate bed arrangement. Therefore, I called housekeeping to help me out by providing an extra mattress. They mentioned that I should speak to the reception. I did and the gentleman at the reception started "investigating". How many people you have "filled-in" the room. I said to him politely, I am with my family and he had all the data in his system. I also mentioned to him that in the morning the room was upgraded to a bigger room but I still need one extra mattress. He said, you are still in a smaller room, you should have made the right booking, we don't accomodate like this and don't have a policy of having more people in the room. I mentioned to him for God's sake these are kids not adults. Then just to show some pity for me he sent to the room one blanket. I was totally annoyed with that treatment. The whole thing that upset me was first of all if the room was not enough, even though I had upgraded it by paying extra cost at the time of check in, it should have been highlighted to me at the same time. Then the investigation as if I was commiting a crime. People really need to improve their attitude and have a service mindset.

the furniture is somehow over used, the bathrooms need some renovation. the windows are very poor you can easily hear all noisy machines and A/C

It's very near form the Haram but they are lying I Paid extra amount to get Al Kaaba view but I didn't see any thing from my Room I complain to the hotel Management but unfortunately I didn't get any response

The hotel is very close to Haram, easy to access from city .

I did not like the breakfast in the hotel , the options were very limited , we have to wait for some time to have a table.

The location is superb. Minutes from the holy Kabba. Staff were very attentive and responsive. Breakfast buffet was amazing and accommodated all tastes and nationalities.

My only criticism is that on arrival the bathroom bin was full from the previous guests. Not like the Hilton.

I didn't get the same level of service as I have come to expect from the Hilton brand.. Nobody answered the hotline on a couple of occasions. I wanted to set a wake-up call. Thankfully there was an option on the phone that allowed me to set it myself. Booking taxis from the hotel is excruciatingly expensive.. 4-5 times more than the normal value.
