الفندق قديم جدا وتم تجديدة ... المسبح غير مهيأ ... الافطار غير جيد وهو عبارة عن افطار تقليدي فول وبيض يتم ارسالة الى الغرفة فقط

الموقع وسط المدينة على الشارع الرئيسي.... الغرف واسعة و نظيفة و لأسرة نظيفة و مريحة ... والحقيقة انصح به جدا تجهيز الحمامات يحتاج اكثر..... طاقم الاستقبال لا يعكس فخامة المكان

في الحقيقه لا اجد ميزه في هذا الفندق سوى تعامل الطاقم الاداري بالمقارنه مع بقيه الفنادق واللتي يقوم على ادارتها في الاستقبال وغير ذلك مجموعه من سيئي اللاخلاق 1- المواقف سيئه الترتيب 2- لا يعطونك سوى كرت واحد فقط لدخول الغرفه وقد وضع في حافظه ورقيه مستخدمه وقذره ومتهالكه 3- اكرمكم الله دورات المياه غير نظيفه ولا تحتوي على فرشاة اسنان او غطاء الشعر وغير ذلك مما يتوفر في باقي الفنادق. فقط صابونه واحده عند المغسله وقد وضعوا حذاء قديم مستهلك لدورة المياه. 4- النوافذ محكمة الاغلاق بسلكون وبالتالي الغرفه سيئه التهويه وحتى المكيف يتحكمون به من عند الاستقبال , حيث اني اتصلت عليهم 3 مرات كي اضبط درجة الحراره. 5- الجدران والنوافذ قذره تحتاج إلى تنظيف. بإذن الله هذي آخر مره أسكن عندهم ولن أغتر بتقييم الناس اللذين يرفعون من هذا الفندق.

عند وصولنا كان هناك ازدحام في عملية التشيك ان .. فطلب منا احد موظفين الفندق لايحظرني اسمه .. ان ننتظر بضغ دقائق في مجلس كبار الشخصيات ... فدخلنا المجلس المجهز بكامل المرفقات واغلقنا الباب وانتظرنا انا وعائلتي ... ثم اتى الموظف ليعطينا كرت الجناح واعتذر منا عن مابدر من تأخير باسلوب محترم ... الحقيقة الفندق جميل وليس مثل ماذكر بعض الاخوه ان لايوجد به كوفي شوب ولا مطعم ... بل العكس يوجد به كوفي شوب راقي جدا بجلسات جميلة ومطعم ممتاز وحديقة خارجية بها جلسات جميلة ... اما الجناح فكان واسع ونظيف جدا ومن ناحية الفخامة اعجبتني فخامة الاثاث والديكورات والتكييف المركزي ... وتعامل الموظفين كان جدا راقي وبالاخص الموظف السعودي لا اذكر اسمه ... والسعر بالنسبة لي جدا معقول ومرضي ... عن نفسي سوف اعاود السكن في هذا الفندق ... اسف على الاطالة ,,,

الجناح المكون من غرفتي نوم واسع للغايه وهذا مفيد للعائلات الكبيره الأفطار :: محدد من قبل الفندق عباره عن بيض مسلوق وفول وحمص مع عصير وشاي فقط لاغير الخدمة :: لم تعجبني حجزت ببطاقة الفيزا وازعجني الاستقبال يريد تسديد الأجار مقدما على الرغم من تأكيدي له انني سوف ادفع الكوفي :: لايوجد في هذا الفندق كوفي شوب ولا بقاله . المطعم :: لايوجد لديهم قائمة طعام متنوعة أو مميزه وتظطر للطلب من المطاعم خارج الفندق .
