أعجببني حسن التعامل في الاستقبال ممتاز جدًا ، تسجيل الخروج والدخول كان سريع ولله الحمد

What I like the most is that the Director of Residences himself, Mr. Muntaser Allaf, greeted and welcomed us in person. I can tell that he is highly educated, very professional, and very kind gentleman.

No things were notable or attractive

The sanitarily system was so bad once arrived it was annoyed and was requested to change the suit and the same phenomena was smelled obviously during the check out the same had been reported The location is not silent due to the many sirens of many ambulance was heared

Very clean and spacious appartment tight security in the hotel - makes you feel safe walls are sound proof - no street noise was heard Lovely Breakfast Room service was nice staff are very friendly

Price was a bit higher than expected

this is my fourth stay i really feel at home i will come back always thanks to management and staff

The rooms were very big and comortable

The hotel was lifeless There was no tea making facilities in the room (there was a kitchen but no tea, coffee, milk etc) I could not get onto the internet the phone in the room didn't work The internet didnt work in the business centre which was a problem for me. The restaurant was very slow though food ok

Very poor services even the front desk saying we have shorteage of staff Once i request for food they said munimum charge 600sr I will not be there any more

خدمات الإفطار جيده ومعاملة العاملين ممتازة

1ـ عدم الإستجابة الي الغرفة عند القدوم كافية سريعة للطلب . 2ـ بالإضافة لعدم وجود أحذية للحمام حتى أننا أقمنا يومين وغادرنا ولم نحصل عليها . 3 ـ يجب أن تكون كمية الماء المقدمة وكذلك الشاي الموضوعة للنزلاء في الغرفة عند القدوم كافية خصوصا أنها شقة وليست غرفة ويجب تقديمها يوميا أسوة بنفس الخدمات التي تقدم للشقق مماثلة خارج المملكة *أوصي به عند تحسن الخدمات وهي بسيطة وغير مكلفة

nicht sauber, weder geschmackvoll noch komfortabel ausgestattet, Duschtüren und Handtuchhalter fehlen, Schminkspiegel fehlen, keine Ablagen und Steckdosen im Bad, beim Reinigen der Zimmer wurden persoenliche Gegenstände, die im Raum waren, in die Koffer gepackt, dafür wurden die Koffer vom Personal geöffnet, Unsere Empfehlung: Meiden Sie dieses Haus und Uebernachten Sie besser im benachbarten Hotel. Dort bekommen Sie zum selben Preis einen wirklichen 4 Sterne Komfort. Das Apartmenthaus bewegt sich auf einem 2 - 3 Sterne Niveau zu einem 5 Sterne Preis. Wir haben bereits dort logiert und sprechen aus Erfahrung.

مستوى رائع وعالي الجودة وكانك في بلد اوروبي انصح زوار مدينة الرياض به ومكتب الاستقبال يقدم خدمات ممتازة ومواصلات بسيارات خاصة مع سائقين كل شيئ رائع ومريح شكرا ماريوت

الشقق الفندقية رائعة وتستحق الامتياز رغم السلبيات

- بوفيه الفطور دون المستوى قليلا - المطعم يغلق س١١ - لا يوجد انترنت مجانا رغم ارتفاع سعر الاقامة ولعله سبب لعدم تكرار التجربه - لا يوجد سبا - غرف النوم صغيرة

اصناف اﻻفطار قليلة

1. قلة تنوع الطعام لخدمة الغرف 2. عدم توفر بعض الاحتياجات الشخصية مثل فراشة اسنان ومعجون وشبشب حمام وروب ...الخ . 3.عدم توفر سيارات بالفندق لخدمة النزلاء مثل الذهاب للتسوق والمستشفيات والمطار .

الموقع جيد

تعامل الطاقم ، تنظيف الغرفه الساعه ٢ ونص الظهر وقت راحة النزيل ، والمطبخ خالي ليس به اي تجهيزاات غير صحون واكواب ولا يوجد سخان للماء ولا شاي او ميني بار مثل اي فندق عادي تصنيفي له مقبول ولا يستحق سوى ٣ نجمات فقط
