I liked that my booking was ready.

- Staff didn't pay attention that I was with family and showed me an apartment with only one washroom, upon my clarification I was directed to the "right" apartment - The swimming pool at roof with sea view was "UNDER MAINTENANCE" and I wasn't able to have a chance to go there .... and that VIEW was one reason I chose this hotel

The best 2 things about Massara House is its classic elegant design and the location,its very near to the honey moon beach and many shopping center(like Lolo Hyper market).

My kids were upset as they were not able to swim, It was written that the swiming pool is open whole year ,but its in 5th foor and the water is not wormed. The small bathroom is without shower,so whole family had to use the one inside the bedroom.

Location was ok. It is was walking distance from the Corniche, but not that close to the seaside recreation/entertainment area of Khobar.

1) They didn't not have baby cots or cribs as falsely stated on booking.com, and they acted as if it was a unreasonable request. 2) Additionally, the windows were low near couches or beds and could be easily opened by toddlers. The window locks did not work and they didn't have safety bars. This left us tense and always on alert. So I don't recommend it for those with young children. 3) The ventilation is bad, and there is often strong curry cooking smell from neighbors. Not to mention sewage smells come out of the bathroom so it always needs to be closed. 4) Horrible Wi-Fi. The signal is very weak and unreliable. So I had to use my phone and tether. 5) Interior design is quite gloomy. Lighting is insufficient, not to mentioned that the apartment is shades of brown. With the walls being a light green brown, curtains and couches gray brown, tables and doors dark brown. 5) Some of the bedsheets were dirty when we checked in. 6) No towels. so bring your own. I ended up buying new towels. 7) Air-conditioning is too strong and can't be reduced. So its hot or freezing in the apartment 8) Although it was advertised to have free parking, there are only 7 parking spots for these two 8 story buildings. They are always full so I think they are for the staff. Everybody else has find parking in a narrow street. which is extremely hard to do after 8pm. They advertised free parking, but I guess since there is no parking they basically mean you don't have pay them anything for non-existent parking. We booked it for 4 nights, but had to leave next day because it was so horrible.

Swiming pool not arrange well and allow for short time I mean only they give 1 hour what is this how u can tell your child u have one hour swim fast and go this is very bad things u pay more than other hotel to use faciltiies and then u cant use it

It was very bad experince for more than five years I stayed their yet the facility still same ,also it is very bad in Hygienic bad smill comes from rags at the cooridors. And what makes it worse that they almost wanted to kick my family out of romm while I am out of the hotel which is Unacceptable Although I paid my stay in advanced.

two bathrooms but only one with a shower , that's a problem when you are a family of 5
