Staff were friendly and cooperative and the location is convenient The room smells and the bed was noisy. Also the room was cold and the air conditioners are not equipped with heaters. Normally on a travel you rent to sleep only as day activities will be outside. In Al Mawasim, my family and I had one of the worst nights ever.

Nothing, its a terrible Hotel, all the info written on the site is wrong, they have no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception area, no sauna, no turkish bath, no swimming pool,even the mobile number mentioned is not correct, its a very poor quality Hotel, you can find much better quality around with better price Every thing is bad

- تغيير الشقة إلى شقة أخرى ظروفها أفضل بكثير - كان هناك دكاكة (لتسوية الأرض) في المنطقة المحيطة تعمل من الصباح وحتى الخامسة عصرا لا تستطيع النوم منها - أصيب أحد أفراد العائلة بالحساسية نتيجة اتساخ الفراش - الأثاث قديم ومتهالك

قربه من طريق الظهران 1-اغلا من اماكن اخرى في نفس المنطقة 2-الغرفة سيئة جدا من حيث التجهيز و النظافة ولا تصلح للسكن العائلي 3-الغرفة مختلفة عن ما ظهر في موقع بوكنج
