The average price per night for a 3-star hotel in Riyadh this weekend is $97 or, for a 4-star hotel, $151. Looking for something even fancier? 5-star hotels in Riyadh for this weekend cost around $402 per night, on average (based on Booking.com prices).

The Saudi Arabian capital, sprawling Riyadh is a mix of historic monuments and ultra-modern skyscrapers. On a plateau surrounded by desert, it is one of the Middle East’s richest cities, so there are several 5-star hotels in Riyadh.
This wealth is also evident in modern architecture, particularly the Kingdom Center, a perfectly sculpted building looking strangely like a bottle opener. Lit at night, it has an observation deck with fantastic city views.
On its bottom floor is a shopping mall, and there is another inside Al Faisaliyah, the country’s 1st skyscraper. Riyadh is a shopping paradise and there are even more malls on wide, palm-lined King Fahd Road. This king also gave his name to King Fahd Stadium, home of the Saudi soccer team.
Unusually for a capital, King Khalid International Airport is right in the center of the city and there are lots of Riyadh hotels near the airport on Booking.com. South, in Al Murabba, is the King Abdulaziz Historical Center, site of the Saudi Arabia National Museum. Further south in Dirah is 19th-century Al-Masmak fort with souks and mosques nearby.
Wherever you stay, remember that Saudi Arabia is a deeply Islamic country and that local customs should be respected. Men and women may not be able to access attractions at the same time.

This is a fast-developing country with ambitions to improve the socio-economic status in the region, so there is no doubt it is already standing out with its infrastructure and its plans for growth in tourism and global awareness. Shopping and a little bit of nature are a must if you would like to immerse yourself in the local culture. On the flip side it is becoming very modern and open to all creeds and cultures with parks, concerts, fairs etc.
Language is not necessarily a barrier, as is in most parts of the world, so don't let that stop you.
Best times to travel are during the winter months in Saudi Arabia.

The city still needs more improvement, heavy traffic is killing the city and killing any plans also the car drivers there are very reckless, The LEAP event was established around 90KM from the city center where all the people can find hotels or houses it was literally in the middle of the desert without any restaurants and cafes, also prices in restaurants and coffeeshop are expensive compared to other Gulf cities like Doha or Dubai, In general it is not that bad but if you travelled before to Qatar, UAE and Oman and expecting the same experience you might feel disappointed, hopefully the new vision to Improve Riyadh and to make the new business capital will be in place and Riyadh will be better keeping in mind that 6-7 years ago nothing was there and the city improved a lot since then

Riyadh is a major city in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 where the city is going thru a lot of development and changes towards the 2030 Vision. The city is vibrant and the Saudis are kind and welcoming from the Immigration all the way upto Starbucks and Restaurants. They are more on the ground and it’s very good to see them work together with expats in their country. I remember Dana working in Starbucks and she was very friendly to all the clients and helping them choose the best cookie 🍪 and coffee ☕️!
The traffic is insane and requires you to master very well and a strong defensive driving across the streets!
Google Maps or Waze doesn’t get the traffic scene right and might also get you in trouble at times!
We had been to the Leap 24 and the Riyadh Boulevard and throughly appreciated the vision and Leadership of HRH Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman.
We Love 💚 Riyadh and Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Riyadh Season is a major winter entertainment event, offering a wide variety of global cuisine from exclusive restaurants and exciting surprises. The festivities embody the essence of Saudi Arabia, showcasing its rich Najdi heritage and vibrant present-day dynamism.
The location of the hotel is very good. The neighborhood is safe and one of the best in Riyadh. I must say I was amazed by the hospitality, and the great attitude of the staff. This leads me to believe that the management is very good and of high-level of professionalism. I would love to thank Mr. Shadi for his amazing management and I would also like to thank mrs. Abram and Mr. Said and Mohamed and Mr. Ahmed I would like to thank them from the heart for their hospitality and their professionalism
The hotel is very livable. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. It even has facilities available for long stay.
The staff are nice and responsive to your queries
Special mention to their general manager Mr. Khalid for always making himself available for his guests.
Also they recently has a new elevator installed and its a great addition to their facility.
Location is within the city proper. Near airport and train station. Near malls and restaurants too
the staff is so friendly and kind, I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist offered me a free upgrade to a nice suite. the suite is clean and the view is nice. the sky lounge and the pool are indoor which was perfect as we visited the hotel in the winter, we enjoyed a couple of hours in the warm pool, there’s a gym in that floor and a changing room that includes a sauna and a steam bath. definitely one of the best choices in Riyadh.
The location is very close to centre of Riyadh and staff are very professional. Rooms price could be more attractive but worth the staff given one of best hotel in my personal opinion. I had challanges with internet signal disruption and was upgraded to suit room and this was a great gesture and highly appreciated. Breakfast considered well served with variety of selections. High recommend for family as well solo individual.
The daily dose of hummus and the fresh omelette station were great! Even after two weeks.
If there was an issue, the hotel always tried to solve the issue immediately.
The personnel were friendly! Many thanks go Rana, Tanvir and Sib Hussain for their friendly service.
It was relatively close to the Boulevard Riyadh City where I had my meetings as well as the airport.
Room space, cleaning, facilities … Outstanding!!
I would like to thank mr Abdullah AlHassan, he will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.
Definitely this hotel in the top of my hotel list in Riyadh, and will book there soon again. However, I would like if the front office team introduce the Hotel facilities and services.
Thank you Radisson!
The staff of the hotel, as well as the Saudi citizens I had contact with were extremely friendly, wellcoming, polite and helpful. I enjoyed the location, just few meters away from the Al Faisaliah shopping mall, and easily accessible from all directions in the city. I got a confortable room, very clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my time in Riyadh.
I had a fantastic stay at this Carawan Al Khaleej Hotel Olaya in Riyadh. The location is ideal, nestled in a great part of the city with comfortable and quiet neighborhoods. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff went above and beyond—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for a pleasant and convenient stay.
Everything was nice. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful, only the room was very small and the wardrobe inside the bathroom. This is the only thing that I did not like, but other than that everything is beautiful. The hotel is close to the front of Riyadh and Riyadh Park and also close to the airport
Reasonable, hotel at one of the Riyadh's main thoroughfares. In my opinion suited for business travellers mostly. As anywhere else in Riyadh you need a car to move around city. I did not use much of the hotel's services as I spent most of the time in other places but nothing stroke me as below reasonable quality.
The staff working in the reception well trained very hospitable and very professional
Mohammad & Abdullah Alshammary
Very great stuff to have in any hotel in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Great team and super helpful
Truly guys you made my stay wonderful
Many thanks to the GM with his great leadership
I love that the staff are super attentive especially their manager, Mr Hosam. The room was spacious and had a nice jacuzzi just as I expected, comfortable, sound proof and smells good. They are very sensitive to the guests' needs. So far, the best service I've had among hotels in Riyadh.
Real 5 stars experience in Riyadh. There are many hotels with this rating in the city, but very far of the service and the capacities of this hotel. Amazing place, with really profesional team. I Will definitively come back.
It’s one of my favorite hotels in Riyadh, location-wise, with excellent facilities and everything else. So quiet and clean. Excellent services, and for the best part, it gives you a sense of nostalgia.
The ease of access to different places is the best part of this hotel.
The location makes it easy to get to so many other parts of Riyadh
The breakfast is great.
The rooms are comfortable
