Hotel is not 5-star hotel - resturant staff are late for 15-20 minutes in the morning keeping everybody waiting for some dishes - The room rate is little high - Room windows are full of dust and need cleaning

I liked the place, the decor and the location.

I hated the staff, they were horrible, no one showed me my room, and it took them 30 mins to come after a call I made for something I desire.

Its very nice hotel

Food is very good and tasty.

The rooms are no sound proof. I can hear every little noise and sound of movement in the corridor and that is too annoying to me while sleeping.

1) When you reach the hotel, you can leave the car for a Valet parking. This service is excellent. 2) Swimming pool for adults and kids are good. Sauna & steam bath is also available. 3) Bed, Pillow, Cooling are gr8 4) Breakfast is in the top floor with view outside which is quite enjoyable unlike the typical closed restaurants. 5) Danube supermarket is near by for any purchase (500 meters) 6) Quite close to the corniche 7) Less crowded surroundings 8) Jumah Masjid just 300 meters away 9) Our kids were not charged extra for stay and for breakfast 10) Toilet have a hand shower unlike other 5 star hotels where they expect people to use paper 11) A perfect place to feel lazy and relaz

1) There is no bath tub in the bathroom. 2) Bath area is small and cramped 3) The swimming pool suction valve near to the kids area does not have a cover which hurts any one going near that.

Indoor swimming pool was closed and it was not mentioned before booking, where this was important for me and since my booking was based on the availability of the indoor pool.

They need to increase non-smoking rooms Only one Floor for non-smokers not enough.

The hot water was cold and I couldn't take a bath.

everything was so perfect, staff are very honest, room very clean and well furnished, and close to the Khobar beach

Friendly staff. Honest lost and fond service. My wife forgot 2 golden rings at the room after we lleft the hotel, I called them and they confirmed that they can be picked up any time.

Sound insoltion. Noise from other rooms can be heard clearly

Excellent room and service. Nice view outside the window. Very comfortable. Great internet. Great recreational ficilities i.e. swimming pool, steam bath, sohana etc. There was a building next door for parking but we found it easier to park just outside the hotel gate. They allowed us to stay until 3 although check out time was 12. Breakfast was great too

Food prices at the resturant were overpriced.
