It's the only hotel in khamis. The breakfast was actually okay. Three good restaurants in short walking distance.
Although they are trying, the hotel is old now and badly in need of modernising. The coffee shop in the foyer could be friendlier!
The matrice was very old that you will feel the springs beneth you and it is not comfortable.
The smell of towels
price is so high
Easy chick in and out
Some staff are friendly Location
Not clean Some staff are not friendly Take long time bring our order
The hotel ignore my rights to have additional bed
They say its 5 start but many apartments next door are much nicer and cleaner
The reciption and old building, poor service , the telephone is from 1950s
I've seen this hotel in 1986 when it was "Frontel Hotel". It was pride of the city, fascinating and charming. I came here to cherish some old memories but was sadly disappointed.
I was so sorry to see the building was in poor condition, poor maintenance, wildly growing plants in what used to be a beautiful landscaped lawn, casual and dis-courteous staff, dirty carpets, average bed linens, and un-hygienic food. I wish I should not have chosen to stay here.
Dirty hotel with bad services. Next to mosque, woke me up both nights. Credit card machine didn't work since a week before our arrival. No notification however at all
The hotel was extremely clean the staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable
ut is the best lodging in khamis moshait by faaar all lodgings are not even inhabitable
-The hotel entrance is dangerous -The furniture is old -the hotel is far from Aseer attarctions
Old mattresses, very old linings even teared
Noisy, due to modification work, furniture is old,and surfaces finishing is poor.
The room service was good. The breakfast buffet was okay.
The card activated room doors have malfunctioned the last two visits. Room with leaky sink and slow draining/backed up sink
I have a platinum card from the Accor groop. This hotel has not the standard. It is old and dirty. The price is to high for this bad service. The rooms are very small.
It's location is good near to many restaurants & rent car shops within the same area. The hotel staff are good & Collaborators. The hotel entrance is clean with prettify garden.
I don't like the smell of the second floor lane. Furniture's are old, but the room was clean. There was no toothbrush & toothpaste in the toilet. The price was so high. I can't say it's 5 star hotel, but it deserve 3 to 4 stars maximum.
This is the only hotel in the city worth staying and nothing is special.
Cleaniness, comfort, breakfast is not that good but there is no better option.
