receptionist (front desk) personal was customer focus.
- breakfast menu need immediately improve. Worse for me among claims 4 stars hotel. -no tea or coffee facilities provide inside room.
Air Cond. is good.
My booking details was not there at hotel computer. Stayed at reception for an hour to get it solved. Requested for king sided bed, they gave me two single beds. They joined the bed, but still not comfortable at all when slept with kid. Sorry, worst experience.
New hotel & very clean
Very small rooms, many guests complained to reception that the rooms are toooooooooo small
See my comment above.
Rooms are too small.
there was no Parking and that cause a big problem for me because no other place to keep my car also the room very small i ve got 3 bed room there was no space to step between the beds also there was bad smell in the room
Less space distant from masjid nabwi
Washroom leaking. No shuttle far from haram no nth room sleeper no wall clock
The staff is friendly New building .
They have parking but the security dont allow u to enter . Location 10 mints far from Haram
Location was great. Only 5-7min walk. Value for the money paid.. Receptionist "mohammed" was full of smiles and very warn and welcoming and spoke good english Bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet (even though it was very small) and elevators were fast. Active Lobby area and nice layout. Like 1 of the reviewers said, the T.V standby light was very bright. But that's is no issue just cover it up wit the available brochure on de table
Room service is never available Wifi is horrible ( I was on the 6th floor) Bathrooms ill lit. It was a small and old bathrooms too. But that is ok. (Really it was not that bad) Just that it needs to be lit up a lot better
Behavior of staff was really poor. Room service was absolutely worst despite calling and reminding at the reception 3 times. No room sleepers, no cleanliness, no shuttle service, no parking, no complimentary servings and not even a bell boy availability for luggage transfer. This property does not fulfill the criteria of 4 star at all and I strongly suggest it may be downgraded to 1 or 2 star rating so that other people may not be fooled. I take full responsibility in stating these remarks as I travel frequently to Makkah, Madinah and other parts of the world.
Room and beds very small. Breakfast was of low quality.
There was difficult in communcation with staff and their cooperation are very poor.
Washrooms are not managed ... Repairing Work required
1. Neat n clean environment. 2. Good Internet speed!
When I asked for parking the receptionist told it's full. When I insisted n went down to park my car I found the parking was empty. Very unfair behaviour of the receptionist.
Room is neat and clean. Not crowded.
Distance is about 15 mins walk to haram.no adhan facility in the hotel. If you are single high possibilty of missing fajr salah.
It's was a very nice experience. Very good for family and individuals.
1. The friendliness and the helpfulness nature of most of the staff.
1. Breakfast needs to be more varied with more choice. 2. Wifi needs an overhaul. First few days of our stay it was almost non existant then towards the end it got better. 3. Staff need a greater understanding of spoken English.
Location; staff were helpful
Rooms were tiny; cleanliness is poor
I wish I could say or write any thing Nothing to like here
Worst hotel ever Please don't waste your money you can get much better hotel in medina on this price It's an old dirty filthy and far hotel with poor management Smelly and noisy nearly a 2star hotel don't know how booking.com making it 4 star I wish I had read the review before booking Avoid avoid avoid at all cost If you have extra money it's better to burn your money rather than staying here

Wallahi bil Azeem the haqq is presented here based on my experience and Allah knows the anxiety both me and my wife encountered with this funduk (hotel). Please note I have been umrah on x4 different occasions (I speak Arabic) and also made one Hajj, tabarak’Allah. With the greatest regret I will be neither using the service of Meshal Al Madina nor Meshal Al Salaam. Staff: None English speakers whom barely understood us, lack of execution on simple request such as providing room service, providing mo-ya (water), providing adequate facilities such as a kettle etc the list is quite frankly lengthy and I will avoid tedious matters. Room: In total both me and my wife was required to move on 4 separate occasions, totaling 4 different rooms which all faced problematic MAJOR concerns. We checked into the hotel after a 4 hour commute from Makkah, at first sight the room seemed fine, we was allocated on the 2nd floor of a 10 storage hotel. Unfortunately the floor level was stinking of cigarettes where both I and my wife had great difficulty sleeping. After Fajr we spoke to Yayha & Mostufa (The General Managers) whom kindly changed us into the third floor. We was required to grab our stuff on our on merit and move to the upper floor, when we entered the room, the room was in a tip where we was expected to settle in. I kindly explained if it would be viable to make the room clean and change the bed sits at the bare minimal after our return from Zuhur, we had been promised YES. With anticipation upon returning from salah, the room state was the same. Being Duyoof Ar Rahmah (The Guest of Allah) we decided to embark on our own cleaning. But what we couldn’t help was the ceiling in the shower as it was leaking with severity.
location ok housekeeping ok
their chek-in time 4 n they gave room at 6.30 since morning staff on reception telling after 2 hr we went 3 times n all time answer after 2 hrs n we r so much tired n finally got room at 6.30 staff not polite i can say rood
