Hotel location and the room's design. Besides, it's quite and comfortable.

Outdoor pool wasn't clean when I visited. Room service didn't replenish my coffe or cream after I used them up.

The facilities are very poor (like 2-star hotels) Staff was kind but not experienced. The hotel is not at all worthy to what you pay. It was a bad experience and I don't think I will repeat it.

easy transport to every where in town.

I felt I was staying in 2 or 3 stars hotel as far as facilities in the room and the privilges in the hotel like internet (very, very slow, if any).

Hotel rooms furniture is not comfortable

everything were special. I adivse to stay with them if you would like to enjoy in City of Jeddah as its near from all major shopping malls and areas and near as will from the airport.

1- A/C in rooms coridors were not working.

Location: very central ... with a bowling in front of the hotel ! Nice staff / Good free internet / Good room service / Good food

Buffet is good but expensive (> 30 €)

The hotel rooms are freezing cold, I want to adjust its not possible I have to use news paper to cover the aircon grill in the room, so cold really like a freezer Than i went to gym nobody there i have to ask the reception at 08.00hr to open the gym 3 other people waiting outside, house keeping open the the door after that nobody to find. and the gym is very dirty

It was quite comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

For a four-star hotel, the size of the room is not good enough.

The staff are cooperative and welcoming

First time to happen in this hotel: I arrive the bed sheets had spots, took long time for cleaners to come and finally my room phone stopped dialing any extention even the emergency button. I had to use the direct line to call the hotel for my business wake up call. Also, the food wasnt good as usual in the boufet.

Location central but not close to anything in particular! Ugly and dated décor - needs modernising especially in the lobby and general areas. Good room, but with a view - overlooking the lobby!!! Tiny out of date bathroom with noisy water pipes.

1-The leaks in the bath, 2-They need to change room carpet I guess because it is old. 3- I have a new born baby and I was afraid on his health because smoking is allowed in all rooms which is a very negative thing for me and you can smell that everywhere except at the receiption

The staff were really offensive, they stopped people from visiting me at my room, and they didn't even respond to me, and they asked me to check out just because I wanted to have some friends for work wt my room, I don't know what do they think ? يستقبلوك في الفندق ، وبعدين يقولولك ممنوع الزيارة ، هذا قانون الفندق، والمشكلة اني ابغى استقبل ناس في الغرفة عندي عشان نتكلم في شغل !!!
