I would like to represent to you about some issues had faced me since I came to this hotel , first I booked 2 rooms via internet and when I arrived they said there aren't rooms and I have to wait to 2:00 pm , I arrived 12:00 pm. The other thing that I thing it's not acceptable from a 5 star hotel is when I order food to my room at night the front office manager Mr. Minshad asked me pay the bill coz I don't have a credits on my room account he pushed me to go dawn at 12:30 am only to pay 34.6 usd. He didn't satisfied with my signature so it can be added to my bill room . Actually I was shocked from this attitude and how this hotel deal with it's guests.

The staff, the environment, the service, the respect. I really didn't like the room service food I had ordered, and the taxi driver from the hotel was poor on communication and didn't know the address where I was going.

This is second time we are staying in Move n pick hotel Khobar,Executive Suit. In Khobar my future stays will be the same hotel. I have tried some other hotels but this is the best. Everything is just fine.

the best thing about the whole hotel is almihraja restaurant I asked for a junior suite with a good view and they gave me one with the roof of the hotel entrance where I can't see anything but the stones of the roof !! and it wasn't that clean , there was some spots on the carpet, the TV was very small 32" only, and they were late upon the check-in because the suite was not ready "as they said" !!

clean staff were careless, I waited for about 15 min at the entrance waiting for any body to get my luggage, reception was complaining about his shift ending while he was checking me in, I didnt get the room type I booked as the hotel don't have junior suit with sea view which was not clear in the discription of the hotel in booking.com and I chose to down grade to deluxe room to get sea view even though the reception offer me either a low level room with limited sea view or high level room with side sea view.
