Poor service from All Day Dining Restaurant

It's nice and beautiful. Very friendly and all smiles.

Linen wasn't clean.. I had itchness allover my body together with my wife.

The check in staff and the manager in duty very friendly. Very smooth check in. Lots of lifts. Huge lifts so several people can fit at a time. The location is amazing. Would stay again

Good location, nice rooms, clean and tidy, comfortable beds and pillows.

May be staff and hotel should treat guests in a more welcoming and homely fashion.

slow check-in, shower space is too narrow for a 5-star facility, tv remote control is not user-friendly, room lighting is too dim (for guests over 45 yrs like me)..

I like the location of the hotel and the food in the breakfast was good .

There is no wifi in the room you must go to the lobby to use wifi

i liked the location and the reception (mainly mr fadi ...who send me a cake for my birthday)

The location is ideal for those going to Mecca as the hotel is right at the foot of the Holy Kaaba. The staff are very helpful and the breakfast + dinner buffet is also very good.

The concierge service can be slow. Especially on weekends.

Just a minute walk and you are inside Al Haram! Very good service. Food was great!

Cleaning should be improved since this is a 5 star hotel.

Customer services need some enhancement... I called to fix the tv and the guy inisted that I should give him my email prior be able to send somone which is really odd..

Bathroom very small, and no slippers. We even called and requested to bring slippers and did not receive.

I liked the location. The near by shopping area. The cleanliness of the room, the breakfast. The staff were friendly. Service was good and fast....almost everything because it was a first class hotel.

I did not like the cost of the parking. Thank god I was staying only one night which cost me 150 riyals for it and I am the guest in the hotel. I paid for the room 1,195 riyals which is not a little money, therefore the parking should have been free. I have a complain, the shower drain is clogged which shows that there is no preventive maintenance and no one is checking the rooms after it has been cleared from guests. I didn't like that the fridge was empty. You had two small bottles of water as complementary buy at midnight we needed water and were not ready to go down and search for an open store that can sell me water at that time. Definitely I will not ask water from room service that will cost me an arm and a leg. I need someone to write me back and tell me that they will improve or I will find another place next time.

During chech out, was unlucky to have a receptionist that was slow and inactive with few cases of breaking the cue. Took me 40 min in cue to do the check out... Also, Beds are not comfortable
