TV is too small , beach should be extended and re clean and remove the small stone , we need a pure sands in beach .

Very poor service with not qualified staff especially the reception and the room service not like any other five star hotel I stayed in. Food is also very poor. I hotel I will never go back to and I don't recommend others to visit.

I like the site, landscape, morning view, the location, and staff cooperation.

The night time in the hotel is like a nightmare. Very poor lighting everywhere outside of the hotel (i.e. the beach, swimming pool, outdoor seats, hotel front ... etc.). No Spa/Jacuzzi/Sauna in the whole hotel. No bedrooms Jacuzzi even in the executive & royal suits. No enough playgrounds or games for the kids. No life guards in the swimming pool. No launch/boat sea trips by the hotel. No Jet ski. No extra large beds in the executive & royal suits. No special treatment or amenities for residents of the executive & royal suits. Too early shutdown for the sea restaurant. No recreation hall (bowling, tennis, ping pong, mini-ball ...etc.). Too expensive prices while similar hotels have lower and better facilities.

I was waiting for the basic question asked in the hospitality buisness is "is this your first stay in the BlaBla hotel Mr..... !!!!!

Location and Facilities, kiddie-pool and surrounding grounds to the hotel.

Attitude of the agent at checkout was way off-tone, another receptionist was very rude when I asked for a delayed check out due to flight issues.

Staff are not professional , the price is more than average and not include breakfast!

I loved the great location & wonderful views in the day time.

The lighting needs to be significantly improved as the hotel becomes very dead & creepy @ night time. Lighting the garden, the swimming pool, and more importantly the beach (nothing can be seen @ night). Amazing in the day but dead at night.

The clean well designed hotel and room. The food was excellent.

The value for what you pay is very poor.

Location & vicinity was very nice. The room (we booked the Deluxe) was very spacious and comfortable. It is by far the best place to stay in Yanbu because I checked out several other places and they were extremely tacky or shabby or both!

- The swimming is really nice but it closes at 6:00pm, which is just ridiculous...and I am not the first one to give this feedback! - The Deluxe rooms are worth the price for their space and comfort but the sea view is nothing to write home about. Its a narrow view and there is a fairly lengthy concrete area in front of these rooms which takes up most of the view

1. Housekeeping and Room Service is very slow 2. Prices for the room and food are very expensive. They have to provide very good service for their guests. At the same time, the staff at the reasturant and the recieption are very polite and nice.

The hotel is located in noway close to the city and shops, you need to have a car ready to drive you around
