Toilet was so dirty & wet.

Staff are friendly,very good location and price is good.I recommend any one to stay.

Shuttle service to harm makkah It was clean internet service was free

The reception staff was not trained. They didn't provide info about internet and breakfast.

1- Overall a good place to stay while visiting Makkah. 2- 24-hour bus service to and from Haram is impressive but still needs improvement. 3- staff is friendly and helpful.

1- Breakfast facility needs improvement. 2- Internet facility needs some serious improvements.

الغرفة مليئة بالذباب عدم وجود سلة مهملات بالغرفة عدم تنظيف الغرفة اللامبالاة وعدم الاهتمام من جانب موظفى الاستقبال احتواء التليفزيون على ٤ أربعة قنوات فقط بعد الفندق عن الحرم

The Staff of the hotel is forthcoming and well behaved, they provided excellent services.

Bus service to Haram is very good while going, but distracing for old people and female while comming back, is there any way to make more convinent by fixing time and place in the tunnel even the frequency of bus is every 2 hours. Transport arrangement for the guests to go Airport and other places should be more organised.

Shuttle service only 2 big buses operating these days which isnt sufficient and have to wait some time around 30 min for shuttle or else take taxi to hotel. Do not take taxi from reception guyz for ziarat or anything coz they will over charge

Hotel Bus shuttle service to Mosque wasn't frequent. Had to wait for 20-40 mins on the way back to hotel after prayers.

We were a family with two teenagers. The wifi was not that good inside the room, but was good in the lobby. The location was excellent, only 1km away from Haram, with 24/7 shuttle service to Haram. staff were very friendly, especially Mohammad Akbar who was extremely helpful in all aspects. he helped us to arrange a city tour, and a trip back to the airport with convenience and affordable price. it was an excellent deal and value for money, and we were not expecting a better service in Makkah. After all we were there to Umrah, and luxury was the least of our concern.

the cleaning service and changing of linen occurs only upon request and while you are in the room. they do not enter the room while you are out. One of the linen was not clean when we used it for the first time, and they changed it only after we told them. room cleaning is not that wow, especially the floor. the bac-a-dosh leaks water when you take a shower, and in case you did not pay attention and put a towel under the door, the whole bathroom will become like a pond.

They don't clean room, stay there for 3 days and they don't clean the room

I want the hotel to take attention to this, I was in the hotel last year , I liked it that time because of the continuous buses through 24 hours, (more than ten buses) this time they changed the transportation into two big buses only, which were crowded most of the time and did not serve all customers properly, because of that , I will think before booking here again

I like the hotel for its facilities and the friendly staff..

I didn't like the idea of not cleaning the room every day, unless i ask for it.. And actually i didn't ask for it as i wanted to measure how much they care..but they did not.

Staff is very cooperative, parking is good

The suites are not proper suits, there are just two rooms with one door. So, u can take two bed room instead of suite. It will save yours 300 sar and u got same thing which they offers u in suite.

Transportation to Al Haram

Location is very near to Kaaba, shuttle was very good

overall a gud experience to stay at nawaazi...staff was gud and hotel was clean and calm. shuttle service was gud though some time quite crowdy.

After having a pretty tiresome journey, we ended up at Nawazi Watheer Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience and the very effective service that was being provided by the hotel staff. The Hotel caters to all the vital needs of a traveller. A special mention has to be given to Mr.Mohammed Akbar (Manager) for his unconditional support. Keep the good work Guys!!! I would definitely recommend and hopefully I will stay at this hotel again In Sha Allah next time. Regards, Mansoor.
