Staff is very unprofessional and slow. If I was the owner I would fire everyone

The most horrific and barbaric thing that shocked me in the hotel room was the fact that they have external air conditioning unit blowing right where the bed is located! Where as ever hotel room i stayed at around the world had had a central air conditioning unit hidden in the wall vent! But that unit in Obaer hotel was a joke! It surely put me from staying there and recommending it to friends and collegues regardless of its prime location in Olaya st.

where do I start? - no gym, no swimming pool - despite this website stating otherwise - it's being developed. Breakfast is not appetizing in the slightest.

Friendly staff Good location We were upgraded to a larger room when complained about the size of the standard room

Water heater wasn't working properly even after notifying the hotel service There was some water leak in the bathroom leaving the floor continuously wet The breakfast was below standard Although the overall experience wasn't bad but it's not a place I would stay in again

I like how they treat new customer and the fact that it's still new in town

I didnt like the toilets and it's facilities Also room service not picking up the phone I should always get back to front desk!

No buffet breakfast , they told us that it is because the hotel is new

احذروا من هذا الفندق فهو لا يساوي نجمه واحدة. دورات المياه قذره المناشف قذره ادوات الغرفه والمفارش قذره ورائحة المرحاض في كل الغرف سيئة والفندق قديم وركيك وموظفي الاستقبال تعاملهم غير احترافي. حجزت ليلتين ولم استطع اكمل ليلة لقذارة الفندق لا انصح به احد. please be careful this hotel is really bad one. Bad stuff bad facilities dirty rooms/bathroom dirty sheets etc... I don't recommend at all.

Le fait que psicine et salle de gym soit annoncé sur le site et qu'en fait, tj en construction! Alors que j avais fait mon choix a cause de la piscine!!!

السعر مبالغ فيه وموظفي الاستقبال غير متعاونين والتكييف في الغرف جدا سيء ولا يوجد مكتب لرجال الاعمال

فندق رائع موقع مميز بالقرب من برج الفيصليه ويعتبر في قلب الرياض وتعامل الموظفين جدا راقي وبالخصوص ريان ديكورات الفندق رائعه

نظافة الغرف حيث انني طلبت تنظيف الغرفة من الساعة الرابعة عند خروجي من الغرفة وتفاجات عند رجوعي الغرفة الساعة ١١بانها لم تنظف وابلغت الاستقبال بذلك فاصبحت عند خروجي من الغرفة اقوم بوضع علامة التنظيف وابلاغ الاستقبال ولكن حتى عند قيامهم بتنظيف الغرفة فانهم يقومون باستبدال المناشف المتسخه باخرى اوسخ منها

خدمات سيئه استقبال اسواء عدم ترتيب غرف غير جاهزة لاستقبال النزلاء تشكيك في النزيل من جهة دفع المبالغ الماليه المستحقه للفندق نصب على النزلاء
