Price was excellent and staff were good.

You can hear noise from the street and the room door didnt shut well. Also water pressure in the shower was horrible.

The reception lobby is big and good.

There is no assistance for the new comers. In the booking , they promised about the transport to theConference (doctors) -Marriott , but they did not bother about. Not enough information written in the lobby.

The staff people were cooperative, smiling all the time and responded rapidly to our questions and needs. The breakfast was acceptable in terms of variety, but the quality was not up to the mark.

1.Smoking, Smoking, Smoking, everywhere. Even the central air conditioner was pouring the smell to our nose most of the time. We reached a stage of keeping our window open most of the time. 2.The car park was a problem; there is a space for 4 cars in front of the hotel and for 6 in the basement car park, so I kept my car in many occasions out of the hotel territory. 3.During the stay one of the 2 elevators was out of order with no evidence of active repair, thank God the hotel was not crowded and we did not use to spend time waiting.

Excellent staff, quiet hotel, very clean rooms, full pathroom accessories, actually looks like 5 stars room.available wifi internet for free.

Ac control is not working , so I could not adjust the room temprature. Any way it was cold and I shut it off. Breakfast was ok for me but no much varieties.

bath room was not cleaned using chemicals house keeping are not professionals or not well trained. if they don't take care of this they will loose control of both cleanness and customers

I had made a booking for 6 nights but due to some unexpected meetings I hqd to reschedule my trip hence had to cut short my stay at the hotel 4 nights, I reached out to booking.com to see if this could be possible and was glad to see they had managed to convince the hotel manager to cut short my stay for 4 days without any penalty, I would like to thank the booking.com team for this quick service and would definitely recommend their services to my friends. The stay the hotel was good, great breakfast, although the shower had some issues but when complained was fixed immediately, there was no hot water

The hotel generally is good.

I was completely disappointed with their lack of an internet wifi connection coverage. I was neitherable to finish my work from my room or even from the lobby.

Standerd Hotel Kits was missing; like tooth brush , sewing kit, shower cap ,Bath room sandel the elevator to the Basement was out of service

Nothing special, 3 stars is more than enough !

-The toilet door was locked when I was inside and I spent 5min to open it coz it was broken ! -there was an exposed wires in the hallway and it hitted my shoulder and I was freakin out of that !!!

The room and the breakfast were very good!!

الفندق صغير لكنه راقي جدا , ويصنف 4 نجوم درجة اولى , والغرف نظيفه , والسعر رائع

كانت هناك مشكلة في الماء الحارة في دورة المياه

تعامل الطاقم كان جيد جدآ الهدوء

الحمام صغير جدآ ولا تتوفر فيه سبل الاستخدام المريح وقنوات التلفزيون محدوده جدآ وغير واضحه

النظافه والبوفيه للافطار

المصعد كان شغال واحد فقط والابواب واضح انها قديمه

الاستقبال كان رائع وايضا الخدمات كانت جميله

للاسف لا اعيب الفندق الا في التلفزيون حيث لايملك الا قنوات بسيطه واغلبها غير صافي عدا ذلك كان رائع
