1) Location, 2) Clean, 3) in front of Hyber Panda (supermarket) & shops.

1) Not value for money paid. 2) Swimming Pool is not well designed as well as its location (you need to pass the restaurant in ground floor in front of many people eating), also the water was cold (heater was not working). Timing of swimming pool was not confortable for my children (men 6:00AM-9:00AM & 6:00PM-12:00AM) and (women 10:00AM-05:00PM). 3) Very limited car parking.

It was very nice stay the reciption staff was helpful I remember Mr. Dave and Mr. Tahmer every thing in hotel was incredible the breakfast was variety and delicious

Design, proximity to both Khobar and Dammam, calm surrounding but accessible, shopping center just facing the hotel.Closeness to corniche.Cleanliness. Breakfast menu is rich and healthy. Comfortable beds. Good noise isolation.Good value for money

Better to hire a car to go to the hotel since taxis are not readily available, the only taxi service is through Sixt car rental but then again it takes 15-20 minutes to get the taxi and they charge a lot.

Is nice and clean Hotel i love it

Breakfast was very good and diversified. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were equipped with all needed stuff.

Not located on a main street and we had a hard time finding the hotel. Staff need more training. Room service.

Reception Staff were trying to assist as much as they can.

My booking was not traced correctly in the system,reception clerk confirmed to me upon arrival lower rate than my booking rate which was confirmed through booking.com

Every thing in this hotel is perfect .. clean, staff, room, and all other facility are excellent. Sure, I will visit this hotel again

Value of money as sar.856 For two nights, In-room service, location beside Banda Hyper with walking distance, free wifi service with satisfied quality, park area with security and quality control service provision that differenciates with other competitors like daily drink water bottles, dental kit, shaving kit, newspaper, arabic coffee in the lobby and fruit welcome basket at check in.

No enogh park number that is first come first served

Location was around my targeted destination and it is just next to Pandda hypermarket with 2 min walking distance. Buffet breakfast was above the expectations
