The beautiful scenery of our drive along Al-Shafa road. We might come again because we didnt have time to explore all. The easy parking of the hotel. There was a pharmacy and mini market which made it very convenient for us. We love the hotel but there was no electric kettle to boil water. We had to use a pot to boil water which took longer. Not enought towels provided. We took an apartment with 2 rooms and only be given 2 towels and there were 6 of us.

The building is new and apartments are very comfortable. There is this persevering bad smell in the lift lobby. The guys at reception desk doesn't know english and are not proactive or friendly. The hotel is outside the city and there are no good restaurants nearby.

الفندق رائع الغرف فسيحة وكبيرة ومجهزة من أنظف وأريح وأجمل الفنادق التي أقمت بها الفندق لايوجد به إلا قنوات إسلامية مساحة الغرفة الواحدة تتجاوز الخمسين متراً وسيع للغاية تحتوي الغرف على مطبخ مجهز بالكامل بجميع المستلزمات صراحة فندق أوصي به قلة القنوات الفضائية وعدم وجود قنوات اخبارية فقط هذا هو العيب الوحيد

الموقع هادي ووجود سوبرماركت وصيدلية تحت الفندق والسعر كان مقبول والغرف واسعة انا كنت مع عائلتي وانصح به للعائلات. يجب ان يكون معاك سيارة لانه بطرف الطائف لكنه هادي جدا وهواء نضيف وليس في وسط البلد وزحمه وقرف. ان كنت تبحث عن الهدوء والراحه فاختر روابي الصفوة يجب الاهتمام بنظافة الغرف اكثر.

السلام عليكم الاستقبال بعضهم سيء و خاصة أحمد كذب من قبل الموظفين و خاصة الاستقبال الحجز عبر البوكينج غير واذح حيث كان ب 500 ريال و حاسبونا ب 600 ريال عدم تواجد مسبح رغم وجوده في النت و الاستقبال صرحوا بوجوده كذلك
