Nice hospitality, very clean environment, and delicious food that I'll try not to miss every time I plan to visit Riyadh

Comfort

Seemles internet connection inroom. Choice and quality of restaurants. Comfortable bed and linnen. Quality of bathroom facilities and layout off onsuite bathroom. Friendlyness of staff.

I had to call many times the reception to clean my room , the pillow where horrible......I Could not sleep well . Poor breakfast, booking rate higher then direct reservation .

The Location

I stayed 6 nights and they never changed by bedsheets and if I didn't contact the duty manager to complain my room would not be serviced!!!! Definetly not good for what you pay.

Clean and renovated Hotel. Only decent hotel in Riyadh at a reasonable price

Very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent fitness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent too. I'll probably stay there again if visiting Riyadh.

Location is OK, but not the nicest area. Surrounding area feels a bit old.

Hotel location is in the city center and near to old ministries street.

Nothing special in hotel and food was too expensive with low quality.

Room space and facilities..

Air condition is wonderful at night when you don't really need it, while it is really bad at the morning when you need it the most.. Sometimes I wake up just for that reason.. Staff are ok but they still require more professionalism..

It is a standard Hotel and ok with me. Cool and peaceful - not very crowded. Restaurants took good care

Windows were a big disappointment. It gave a feeling that you are trapped.

It was very reasonable priced, had wi fi included which is a bonus in the region, the staff were really helpful and friendlu, and it was clean, modern, well appointed and accessible.

My collegue had the mushroon risotto in the Italian restaurant and it was clearly not a risotto, but boiled rice with some cream added and a few sauteed mushrooms (risotto is not hard and I imagine the Italian chef who taught your resident chef would be very upset if he saw this in a 5 star hotel).

The furniture new and the design is nice , the food is great . the assistant manager is very kind I think his name is ali , he is sudanies man he's nice

Good combination of price, location, and quality

No access to the parking lot from the hotel. You have to take a strange path through lobby and outside the hotel, then back through an unattractive path with a stairs that feels like it's going to collapse.

I booked a standard room and upon arrival I felt that the room was small and not convenient, I complained to the front desk and in no time they moved me to a nice and spacious room. their icon is customer satisfaction and they made me believe that.

It takes them too long to clean the room. I would leave my room at 9 AM and come back at 3 PM and the room is not clean yet. I know that they are busy but this is not an excuse for a 5 stars hotel.
