Radisson Blu Hotel, Yanbu  

The person in charge was very rowdy and I wait for a long time to get my room and when I get it there was no electricity and I have to wait again to solve this problem

I smel sand and bacteria and humidity When I arrived they did not accept me as ARMCO employee and the did not give me the discound for company employees The asked me to leave the the room while I just arrived from my work at 14:00 PM

Staff were friendly

Bad location, no good viwes, no walk beach, it doesn't deserve its value.

I HAD THE BEST ROOM SERVICE dinner (prawn cocktail,greek salad,steak and mohalabia) I have ever had. I telephoned my compliments to room sevice to pass on to the relevant chefs. The wifi access and signal was excellent

I was charged 60 SAR for being picked up at airport by a driver holding a Radisson Blu board. When I pointed out that my booking included free transport to/from airport they said they would sort it - but charged me on check out. The booking.com confirmation also said there would be free slippers and dressing gown. There was NO dressing gown and only female size slippers (very small!). I had to negotiate a bus to take me to the airport on check out - free - only if I paid the aforementioned 60 SAR ' fare'. The check out staff were not helpful, claiming the 'free' transportation to/from airport were to selective flights (which excluded NASAIR) and had stopped a month previously?? I queried this. Therefore the details Booking.com is sending to people about this hotel is not true and misleading in practice. I asked for the name of the GENERAL MANAGER THERE AND WAS GIVEN TWO NAMES FROM DIFFERENT CHECK OUT STAFF! Another point was I rang reception 2 hours before check out to ask what free bus transport was available to get me to the airport and when, to be told (by the Saudi guy on reception) that it is 1 pm. This would have been fine but it did not exist! More misinformation!

Present staff and environment. All arrangements are fantastic for Business.

Everyhting was poor. The receptionist was rude, talks highly and did not show any respect after a very tiredly trip I had to reach this poor hotel!! And there is more to say on the internet and Booking.com rather than saying it here!!

I remember it in the 80's. so the decor has worn, the wall plug need to be upgrade to KSA standard...... the american standard is not applicable for most customers, including those from aramco

The location of the hotel is good.

The a/c is from 1930 ad. The room furniture is a bit old and it was surprising to see this in a Radisson Blu hotel.

I like the room and the location near the sea. The valu for the money is ok.

I have problems with the adaptors for my appliances. They have different voltages and shapes of the plugs.

Good wireless Internet access. Good breakfast.

Slow checkin

It is situated very near to Red Sea and provides healthy environment to its guests.

Corridors between rows of rooms are very long and smelly due to inadequate exhaust. Rooms are not provided as per request. Not much variety of food stuff in breakfast.

The receptionists' dealing.

They didn't provide clear drawn maps for the city's facilities such as hospitals.

There is no beach in this hotel so you have to go to a public one, the pool was too small & there is no enough chaise longs on the pool deck, the room air condition was very bad (old split unit) & the house keeping do not reply to your phone calls.
