everything from location to services
Location to Alharm is excellent ,the hotel is quite and clean .
1- We had the worst dinner from the hotel restaurant when we order a Bourini Rice with meat ' the meat was very bad in tase and as rock and very dark ,I call them to combine but they are careless in this issues And I was expecting them to something but none of this happened . 2- In the breakfast issue sometime you have to wait cople minutes to get Bread from inside. 3- In over all I think the hotel Mangement has to recheck the food issues.
Location Breakfast menu Staff

Perfect location to visit the ka'aba. Breakfast was really good. Room is clean and tidy
The wifi was a bit slow. Difficult to use communication applications
Mohammed Hassouba, the receptionist was professional. The staff was extremely friendly. The location is very good.
Not enough sports channels, no pool in the spa, business lounge isn't 24/7 and the description of the room wasnt exact.
Location, facilities, courteous staff, excellent wifi. By far the best hotel in Makkah.
Poor wifi and slow room service
Location and overall facilities in the lobby and resturant Breakfast as delicious as usual.
This was my third time to visit the hotel. I was very upset by the change in the way they treated the guests. When I arrived I waited for 3 hours to get my room and it took me 1 more hour and 3 phone calls to get my bag which is very irritating. The shower drainage was blocked so the whole floor got soaked whenever I had a shower and they did not fix it. The employers answering the phone was not polite and I complained to the manager about all what happened, what he did was to send me coffee which was not a solution to anything!
the view for the Alkaaba The stuff was help full Room service was very good
The Lift coper with Fairmont hotel..The Room not maintenance .. Not clean .. The Curtains were dirty Doors and Cabinets unclean I do not recommend it

Location The buffet for the breakfast. The staff was extremely professional and friendly like. I call them any time and they would come rushing to serve. They even followed up with a phone call to ask if we needed anything for our stay. Impressive service.
Can't complain really
The recognition, courtesy and professionalism of the hotel staff at check-in, especially that of Front Office Supervisor, Mr. Saleh Mereeky was just fabulous as always. Mr. Saleh is an asset to the hotel and he is a welcoming face every time I visit this hotel.
